What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had bottlenecks while meeting client demands, particularly when they required some customizable solutions for AI agents. Twixor approached us at the right time to develop a partnership. Amongst many of our services, industry-specific virtual agents is something we also offer - this has helped us amp up our operations, and overall, the deployment time of this feature is very minimal. We ensure our customers build loyalty with their customers, to put it simply. Twixor has helped us with brainstorming customer retention use cases on enterprise channels like Slack and Teams.

Some of thse include product renewal reminders, tips to use our product, feature updates, personalized reports, and more. These have helped keep us in touch with our customers beyond project delivery.

We hope to increase our upsell probability with Twixor.

What do you like best about Twixor?

I have been using Twixor for almost 4 years. The Low Code/No Code platform helps me create product demonstrations in very little time, thus ensuring time to market as per customer needs. In addition, the underlying BPM platform orchestrates your journey well with the core BPM facilities. Coming to the latest feature that the CPaaS industry is talking about is Gen AI and advanced NLP capabilities, the platform supports seamless functionalities. The business user can come and integrate the customer APIs with ease. The support that we receive from the team is exceptional and the team is always eager to listen to customer challenges. What do you dislike about Twixor?

This is a very hard question for me as I have been using this platform for 4 years now. I believe a few modules like the campaign and user management modules should be enhanced in terms of functionalities. For campaigns, I believe user data grouping and on-the-fly data usage capabilities should be present. Twixor platform helps in many ways in our daily work like where the solution needs to be demonstrated, below are the top three:

1. Industry/Vertical - By using Twioxr you can configure multiple use cases across Industry

2. Implementation - With its no-code/low-code approach we can deliver most of the solutions to our customers on time.

What do you like best about Twixor?

We really liked the Campaign Management and Journey Builder modules on Twixor. Truly stands by its name of being a low-code/ no-code platform. It helped us create a WhatsApp ticket booking process combined with UPI payment integration. It greatly enhanced CMRL's ticketing system's accessibility and convenience. Twixor has become an essential part of our daily operations. Its features are not just abundant but are designed for regular, impactful use

The platform is easy to use once the initial setup is done, ensuring a smooth transition into existing systems. Twixor's customer support and frequent updates have been very proactive, further simplifying the booking process for daily commuters.

Overall, we are happy to work with this product. Once you get the hang of it, the platform is remarkably intuitive, making complex tasks manageable. One significant challenge CMRL faced was offering an accessible, efficient ticket booking system. Because of this, we've had users of metro having to wait in long queues just to get a ticket. Twixor addressed this by enabling WhatsApp ticket booking in both English and Tamil, alongside integrating UPI payment functionality directly within the chat. This solution not only streamlined the booking process for users but also significantly improved transaction efficiency and user satisfaction by accommodating language preferences and simplifying payments.
