What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor's integration with all our AI assistants like Vertex and Bedrock has been excellent so far. Twixor assists us with enhancing the conversational capabilities of these bots. This includes, incorporating rich cards that pulls out real-time data to present to users on a WhatsApp conversation - this has been a huge add-on to our AI assistants. Also - we have had no compatibility issues to worry about, our systems were very convenient to set up with twixor on cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twixor?

our main business objective is to include as many AI agents as possible, for anyone to use with just a chrome extension. not only has Twixor enhanced the conversational capabilities if these AI agents, but its made it easier to integrate with any of our customers - our time spent on deployment is reduced by 3x. What do you like best about Twixor?

i really like the analytics dashboard because it pulls in data from a bunch of sources (our emal, whatsapp, rcs campaigns, any customer conversations, business metrics like csat scores, revenue, etc)- this has become very convenient to track our QA efforts in just one place. What do you like best about Twixor?

Our main aim is to make AI accessible and available to all anytime and anywhere. We want to make non-coders to be able to build their own AI bots. Twixor helps us with providing conversational AI assistants that are spread throughout our SmythOS platform that are ready to assist anyone while building AI bots.This is trained with NLP - which is one of our most used features of Twixor. What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor's conversational AI platform saves our customers' time when deploying our AI agents. Twixor provides clear communication alongside our complex workflow-building scenarios. It integrates very easily with our AI tools, such as, Bedrock (Amazon), Vertex (Google) - which makes it amazingly efficient for our customers to get their daily workflow building / AI agent training done. Twixor has helped us with making sure all our different AI agents are compatible with each other. It's hassle-free for our developers to build workflows without having to worry about collaboration issues. One issue we had was that our AI agents had a siloed working style. For instance, a Content Writer AI agent needed to have a different workflow, and an SEO analyst AI agent needed to have a different workflow. What do you like best about Twixor?

One of my most favorite features of Twixor is its ability to toggle between an AI-powered bot and a live customer support representative. We receive a huge volume of queries daily, up to 1000 a day. For a bot to be able to differentiate what is easy to answer, and which ones are complex - is important. With the help of Twixor, we were able to automate 100 hrs of work. We had few issues with getting back to our customers on time whenever they sent us an enquiry. We had a huge business process outsourcing (BPO) call center team to answer some of the frequently asked questions and matching the data, now our BPO team is equipped with how to use Twixor as a live agent. this has led us to maximum customer queries in short durations, our feedback to customers has improved by 2X since we have onboarded Twixor. What do you like best about Twixor?

We have embedded Twixor into our platform to send automated communication to our customers who use ZapScale to enhance their customer success. Twixor's features has helped us with our customer success communication front.

We have a dedicated platform to measure customer success and needed help with our communication efforts. We parterned with Twixor to address this bottleneck. What do you like best about Twixor?

attendee engagement on online channels and feedback collection has always been a pain point for my team. Twixor team helped provide us interesting, creative use cases to keep our event attendees engaged through the process. From strategy to execution, twixor has assisted through all the stages. we were happy with the integration process - integrated well with our CRMs through which we pulled out attendee data for any of our engagement activities. Reaching out to a large audience for our events has been the biggest problem. Using twixor has benefitted in reaching a mass audience from one platform. As an event organising company, increasing event awareness and getting as many registrations as possible - is always on the top of our minds.

Twixor's multichannel campaign management process has been super helpful in promoting our events across our target audience. The has allowed us to reach a broader audience through targeted campaigns on multiple channels, significantly increasing our event visibility. What do you like best about Twixor?

Our main objective is to deploy any kind of AI agents across multiple platforms. Twixor helps with our SmythOS customer service team to address any queries our customers may have about our product offerings - Twixor is both used as a sales virtual assistant, and customer support marketing assistant.
