Twixor's integration with all our AI assistants like Vertex and Bedrock has been excellent so far. Twixor assists us with enhancing the conversational capabilities of these bots. This includes, incorporating rich cards that pulls out real-time data to present to users on a WhatsApp conversation - this has been a huge add-on to our AI assistants. Also - we have had no compatibility issues to worry about, our systems were very convenient to set up with twixor on cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i really like the analytics dashboard because it pulls in data from a bunch of sources (our emal, whatsapp, rcs campaigns, any customer conversations, business metrics like csat scores, revenue, etc)- this has become very convenient to track our QA efforts in just one place. Our main aim is to make AI accessible and available to all anytime and anywhere. We want to make non-coders to be able to build their own AI bots. Twixor helps us with providing conversational AI assistants that are spread throughout our SmythOS platform that are ready to assist anyone while building AI bots.This is trained with NLP - which is one of our most used features of Twixor. Twixor's conversational AI platform saves our customers' time when deploying our AI agents. Twixor provides clear communication alongside our complex workflow-building scenarios. One of my most favorite features of Twixor is its ability to toggle between an AI-powered bot and a live customer support representative. We receive a huge volume of queries daily, up to 1000 a day. For a bot to be able to differentiate what is easy to answer, and which ones are complex - is important. With the help of Twixor, we were able to automate 100 hrs of work. Our main objective is to deploy any kind of AI agents across multiple platforms. Twixor helps with our SmythOS customer service team to address any queries our customers may have about our product offerings - Twixor is both used as a sales virtual assistant, and customer support marketing assistant.
