What do you like best about Twixor?

attendee engagement on online channels and feedback collection has always been a pain point for my team. Twixor team helped provide us interesting, creative use cases to keep our event attendees engaged through the process. From strategy to execution, twixor has assisted through all the stages. we were happy with the integration process - integrated well with our CRMs through which we pulled out attendee data for any of our engagement activities. What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reaching out to a large audience for our events has been the biggest problem. Using twixor has benefitted in reaching a mass audience from one platform. We no longer use multiple different platforms to reach out anymore. Our engagement ROI has scaled 10x ever since we started using Twixor. Some key features that have helped us achieve this goal are the campaign management tool, NLP to keep it personalized. and the customer journey designer modules. What do you like best about Twixor?

Its become one of my top used tools. as a developer, the one thing you look forward to is having a good workflow builder - whichever use case it could be. i just map customer interactions with a drag and drop feature - limited coding required, but manageable by anyone with some training. we use it mostly for our internal comms - our email back and forth threads have come down to almost zero because of how efficient the system is. highly recommend if you are considering trying out the product. What do you dislike about Twixor?

The platform slows down sometimes incase your server is taking on a big load - still not a big concern however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We onboard a lot of clients, theres a lot of email comms that gets lost in translation almost. automating the way we work as a company, and how we approach tasks - has really made everything so much more cleaner. our internal comms has become the most effiecient its been in the last few years - this has definitely helped us scale our revenue by 20% in the last one year. twixor's prompt configuration helps us with building powerful AI workflows for our clients. this does not need you to know coding languages, and no elaborate training datasets. its been user friendly for us to enter prompts and build conversational bots which easily communicates, and gets the required information from customers - in the end, the conversations are more human-like and does not feel very rule-based Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, any customer journey workflow we had..needed lot of manual fine tuning, and it was strictly rule based. E.g., we had to map out specific keywords, and what their intent was, inputing everything by ourselves. now, we simply request our technical writer to write an elaborate prompt based on our requirements. the bot is activated right after it understands the prompt. This gives us even more intelligent responses and has helped to understand specific queries too. we've noticed our chatbot resolution rates has increased by 40% which is pretty significant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

our billing management has become fairly smooth. when we're automating customer conversations, there's a standard price to pay Meta, or Google - depending on the channel we opt for. we needed automation because manually generating invoices was turning to be a herculean task. we've been able to generate a pricing plan in literally minutes - and that's helped us connect it to all the customer journey automation we create. billing is just simply generated with minimal work only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor's NLP and GenAI features is by far my most favourite aspect about Twixor. We usually build simple customer support bots with basic NLP understanding capabilities for specific intents. NLP feature is easy to use because of its drag and drop nature, and i dont really have to code it. its almost always deployed instantly without any challenges. While the features are extremely helpful to our business, the learning phase of the platform was challenging. the good thing is - theres a lot of learning materials provided by the twixor team for you to peruse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Twixor pretty much helps with providing the right conversational insights at the right place and time - as simple as that. the bot has helped make our product mroe intuitive and user friendly if a user has a doubt or a quick question. our bounce rates on our product has dropped by 24%, which is quite good. What do you like best about Twixor?

We've set up a pre-paid wallet management feature for all our customers. We're now managing customised wallet credits for specific features for each of our customers - this has been super useful with tracking overall invoices, instead of maintaining a manual spreadsheet. also like that this feature is very visually representative - makes for easy analysis of trends and identifying patterns. We had a postpaid billing model earlier and managing individual clients invoices was a huge obstacle. we had to send followup reminders, share team updates, etc after sending each client an invoice. twixor's wallet system has definitely improved our financial operations. our customers are enjoying the clarity and transparency this provides - we have automated expenditure reports for all our customers. we have been able to reduce billing support tickets/ financial disputes raised by a huge margin of 20% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twixor?

twixor's whatsapp business onboarding feature is truly appreciation worthy. we had no idea about the complications when it came to creating a WABA account - the feature pretty much has already configured templates we can use to customise our account - additionally, the platform takes care of all the verification checks with meta. we didnt have to handle the back and forth communication. our waba numbers were setup and chatbots were activated in just a span of one month. we didnt know onboarding whatsapp business accounts were a very long-form complicated process - possbily most companies dont. we had a project-specific requirement for a client that needed multiple waba accounts onboarded - we were able to tie up with twixor and have this ready. all we had to do was submit relevant credentials and documentation, and twixor team acted as the middlemen between us and meta to get them approved in just one month. thanks to the team we were able to reduce our project setup time by nearly 50% while also complying with Meta's standards. What do you like best about Twixor?

have to says hands off to the agentic ai feature of twixor. its helped us develop more complex bots than we have ever had - bots that can actually solve problems like appointment scheduling, reminders, data extraction - and the best part is that these bots self-learn the more you use them. some of the bots we created earlier using training models provided by twixor team have become more efficient over time as they understand cues more accurately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

setting up agentic ai was challenging - it mostly came into place when we had to figure out if we needed a cloud based server or on premise. we opted for cloud since we do not have the physical space for on-prem - it was time consuming to start the integrations but eventually worked out! What problems is Twixor solving and how is that benefiting you?

we needed faster ways for our clients to resolve their customer issues - so essentially the problem was to fast-track customer support services. it was slowed down with rule-based bots which took 10+ messages to arrive at a solution for a customer. Twixor's agentic ai driven bots have now cut down that number of messages from 10+ to just 2-3. bots are extremely intuitive - the customer just needs to state their problem in a single mesage or voice note for it to immediately understand, gather the data from the repository, and state a fully context aware response

What do you like best about Twixor?

Twixor has been a great add on to our set of marketing tools. We really needed a strong MarTech platform that can handle WhatsApp/ Email automation - Twixor perfectly fit in with our requirements. I personally enjoyed how eaay it is to run a campaign - I dont need to code, I just add my requirements, and select which contacts require communication, and most importantly - Twixor team helps me with getting approvals from Meta or Google for my campaigns - which has made our processes much more simpler and faster. so ease of use is definitely on the top of my list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twixor?

I dont know if this is a dislike - but if you are unfamiliar with the digital marketing space or marketing technology, it might be difficult to garpple with the terms and acronyms often used on the platform like WABA, APIs, and more. We needed a strong marketing automation process to send out instant campaigns to our target audiences. These were mainly in the form of WhatsApp texts, SMS, Emails, In-app pop up notifications, and so on, We had an in-built software but it could not handle the volume as our business grew. Our revenue has more than tripled in the last two years. Which is why we needed an infrastructure that could handle the volume of campaigns we were sending out every day. Partnering with Twixor has been a breeze - we exactly got the requirement we expect for. A platform that could handle over 10 billion conversations every year is exactly what we needed. What do you like best about Twixor?

With Twixor, we are able to integrate our AI assistants with multiple communication channels, such as, WhatsApp, RCS, FBM, GBM, Instagram Messaging. Also includes enterprise IT channels like Slack, Teams, Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, etc. This helped reach our customers wherever they are without the hassle of worrying about integrations. Some of our AI assistants can be as simple as a spell-check, or as advanced as suggesting elaborate operational strategies for your business requirements, based on your team conversations. What do you dislike about Twixor?

Setting up AI assistants in a customer-based chat channel which maybe organisation specific, can be slightly difficult, but will take time for complete execution. It is doable however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially, our customer support team was stretched because our customers had many queries related to our AI agents. With the help of Twixor, we were able to automate most of our customer support queries. Moreover, integrating multiple comms apps to our platform was challenging, because setting up business profiles for each customer will require you to follow SOPs, which Twixor's experience helped us to navigate.
