What do you like best about TweetDeck?

TweetDeck has highly configurable columns showing feeds, notifications, direct messages, hashtags, and other features of Twitter. The tweet composition and scheduling function is more user-friendly than the standard Twitter operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

TweetDeck is most effective when used on a browser, viewed on a big monitor or tablet. The configurable columns show lots of information, and the easier it is to view it all at once, the better a user's experience will be. Additionally, the columns need to be configured for a specific user's experience, as the large amount of information displayed can be overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:

There are other Twitter monitoring software offerings, but TweetDeck is free. Using it may give you an idea of what kind of additional features you might require for your specific Twitter experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I were directing a social media account for a company, I would rely on TweetDeck to monitor Twitter feeds and trending hashtags, schedule future Tweets, and track direct messages. It's free, and interfaces seamlessly with Twitter without any bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TweetDeck?

It is easy to use, the general layout is good and it is also pretty easy to see at a glance the state of your tweetiverse. Easy access to multiple accounts too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

You can't search for anything in Twitter without creating a whole new column which is just annoying. Also, some embedded media won't play but opens a browser tab instead, which kind of defeats the object of a stand-alone app. Would love to have a feature to compose tweet threads completely before publishing too, like on the web version of Twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:

It's a good free option though I haven't tried many others to compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having an app that makes it easy to see, respond and manage all tweets for various accounts without logging in and out of them. Also, the browser version is a bit lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As per my personal views, it is quite facilitative and connecting app which helping a person or entity to access and be in reach of people who may be customers/user or audience and for such a platform, we cannot have dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TweetDeck?

I like the fact that I can do everything right from this platform. I can read other people's tweets, post my tweets and schedule tweets to go out on certain dates and times. It has helped me concentrate on other issues and my postings have not fallen to the wayside. It has kept me relevant on my Twitter account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

There is nothing I dislike about TweetDeck. It is a very simple and user-friendly platform. I have used others but this one is the easiest to use by far. This is great. I really have not found any issues with this program at all and if I do I will then post about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:

Get it. Don't think twice. Especially if you are a filmmaker or producer. This platform has helped me to set up release notifications via Twitter by scheduling them to match the debut. It has helped me tremendously since I don't have to try to remember when to post or not post. I just go on to TweetDeck and schedule the dates. TweetDeck then goes and takes care of the entire thing for me. I recommend this platform to any and all those who are part of the entertainment business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to schedule my tweets to match certain debuts, upcoming news, and other items that are relevant to the upcoming date. For a busy person like me, this is a great aid. I have been able to concentrate on other business matters and not stress on whether I remembered to release the news about another episode, casting call, or the pre-production news to get the fans excited about our upcoming projects. TweetDeck has been able to give me more freedom and peace of mind. A real aide to any and all filmmakers, producers, or others in the entertainment business. What do you like best about TweetDeck?

Twitter sets itself apart from Instagram and Facebook. It is a platform where people can speak their minds, tell their feelings about something, teach people about products, etc. I love the new feature of allowing you to schedule posts too! I plan out my social media post on Sundays for the week, and then it automatically posts on the dates I selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

One thing I don't like about Twitter is that you cant sync posts to other social media platforms easily. I often have to screenshot if I want to share on my Instagram or Facebook stories something I wrote on Twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Twitter allows me to teach people about my business. It helps branding become easier because you get more retweets than you would on other platforms. More potential clients will engage in the post more frequently also. On the home page, you can also keep up with the trending topics so that your brand can stay relevant. I barely even watch the news because I can see it on Twitter first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TweetDeck?

The greatest tool for scheduling tweets is TweetDeck, which is significantly superior to the website itself. The method is astonishingly simple, and it takes no more than 10 minutes to schedule a day's worth of tweets.

TweetDeck makes it simple to keep track of news by allowing you to create many columns, each focusing on a particular topic. TweetDeck is an excellent medium for news editors because columns can be formed using handles, searches, hashtags, and trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

Keyboard shortcuts can be aggravating at times, as pressing the wrong key can initiate a direct message. Using an account with millions of followers can result in messages being sent improperly.

Log-in issues do arise from time to time, but they are usually resolved simply checking back in through Twitter.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a business that necessitates the collection of news and the sharing of one's own material, TweetDeck is quite handy. We utilize it on a daily basis to stay on top of breaking news and significant trends in order to better inform the material we create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

Although I like using tweetdeck app and have recommended it to other users, one thing I don’t like about the app is that it does allow a user write longer tweets.

Apart from that I don’t have anything objections against it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TweetDeck?

TweetDeck is great when you have multiple accounts to manage, and it's convenient to have that all at one access point rather than logging in and out of each individual account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

It's often slow, and I've had tweets fail to send or post properly or on time. Twitter has made it even more difficult since enforcing their two-factor authentication; the previous employee who managed our Twitter accounts had their personal email/phone number as the source to send TFA codes to in order to sign in, and Twitter dubs the account suspicious when I try to change the TFA address to one used by an actual, current employee. When this happens, TweetDeck is rendered useless and inaccessible because users are then locked out because of "suspicious activity." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

TweetDeck is mainly utilized when the company has more than one Twitter account to post on. Due to the aforementioned TFA problems, though, it's been largely ineffective and inaccessible. At this point, I am considering simply consolidating our different business Twitter accounts onto one main one in order to keep from getting locked out every time I try to get into the others. This is more of a Twitter problem than a TweetDeck one, but still aggravating to deal with all the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
