I like that I can schedule tweets to go out on a regular basis and see all of my feeds without having to weed through everything I follow at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a little lag time from when you schedule a tweet to when it shows up in your "scheduled tweets" deck, but after a page refresh, this is often fixed. I also dislike that I can't schedule retweets, but that's the same all the way across Twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really easy to follow specific hashtags by starting new columns. The interface is intuitive and easy to read. I know there are paid-subscription platforms that can do fancier things, but I don't know of another free platform that can do what Tweetdeck does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are a heavy Twitter user (which I am not), it might have some drawbacks. But for the casual business account it works just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easily organizes Twitter feed across multiple accounts, making tracking and staying on-top of social media a breeze. It is very useful in case of companies that handle several accounts on Twitter to serve customers. It makes getting to know your audience that much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much I don't like. I think the biggest thing right now is not being able to schedule posts with more than one image. I'd like to be able to monitor the other accounts like Facebook & Instagram that I manage as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use dashboard view that's easy to manage and review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I loved TweetDeck in its heyday before the Twitter acquisition -- it was robust, powerful, and extremely agile. Now, it's a shell of its former self, serving as a dashboard of Twitter.com without tools like link shortening, customizable service integration and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that this application is endlessly customizable. Users can follow create viewing columns for individual twitter handles or for hashtags they are following. It is especially helpful to use during live tweet events and twitter chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to find anything to dislike with this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tweetdeck makes it easy to sort, edit, and schedule all of your tweets in one place. There is no better option. You can sort by hashtag, keyword or account making it easy for someone who runs or is a part of a large organization with thousands of followers to keep track of what is going on. There isn't a great abolity to filter out spam or twitter "bots" -- of course this is at the Twitter admin level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TweetDeck really helps when it comes to managing multiple Twitter accounts. . I like the way to have multiple columns to search on multiple topics / keywords / hashtags and have them displayed on a single window: Tweetdeck allows me to quickly toggle between accounts. You can adjust what you see in each column and stay current without spending all of the time to scrolling through everything. It does have performance issues from time to time. It is limited to Twitter, so this won't include key searches from your other platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can go to one tab in my browser to tweet from and receive DMs/notificatios from so many accounts. And see all my lists! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TweetDeck crashes every few minutes in all browsers I use (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). I can't run it on a kindle or my phone - it would be nice to have mobile access. I also wish I could schedule tweets with videos and tweets with more than one photo. My other wish would be to edit tweets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
