The platform is flexible and very clever, so you can easily manage lists of followers and followed, private messages, user feeds, filters and analitycs about the performance of the profiles. TweetDeck is a very easy to use application, you can choose to receive notifications on your desktop when someone sends you a message or mentions it in a Tweet. I can respond quickly and easily to tweets and followers. I love that there is an option to schedule tweets instead of writing them in another calendar tool and remembering them. The search engine is highly intuitive and saves every hashtag or searched name. I monitor the Richmond Police Department's Facebook page and we can constantly monitor our feed and instantly see when someone tweets us or mentions.
