With this single excellent tool, we can manage multiple twitter accounts and similarly schedule and post tweets and retweets with no hassle. Also, tracking the real-time interaction of numerous twitter accounts is pretty much possible with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tweetdeck is only workable for managing multiple twitter accounts but not other accessible social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, etc. which is a downside of this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As far as social media tools go, TweetDeck is essential to my everyday operations as a student media leader. It allows me to keep track of several media streams at a time, which is crucial when news is breaking. Tweetdeck allows our members of our social media department to schedule tweets in advance, which gives them more flexibility to focus on other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, TweetDeck's interface seems increasingly outdated. It certainly won't deter me from using it, and I understand that it's difficult to make a social media aggregating site look organized, but I do often find myself going back to Twitter's main website for a more streamlined, simple experience. It allows you to program all your tweets with periods of time in advance, you can schedule from hours before to weeks before, it is a reliable tool to make comments of all kinds about your products, you can quickly find them without the need for the customer to use a hashtag or product label. It allows you to keep up to date with the updates because the tool is totally free, which means that users can spend all their time using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The disadvantages that the tool has are in terms of its functions, more functions must be added to make it really complete. One of them would be to be able to use several accounts at once without the need to log in and out. You could also add the option to publish tweets with video content for those companies that like to be more original in their product promotions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like everything about TweetDeck and use it everyday. The most I like about TweetDeck is how i can switch flawlessly between Personal and Professional accounts and also the TweetDeck's feature of scheduling tweets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use TweetDeck a lot and I find it has everything I need. There is no complaint's from me on this great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tweetdeck is an excellent application that allows me to manage my twitter account accurately and in real time, making it more attractive to the public, and I say this because it has the system to review and manage the account with columns. We use Tweetdeck to handle client accounts. It's simple and easy to track their different accounts and the hashtags they use to see engagement and track trends. It's easy to consolidate the accounts and have a lot of the information we need at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It sometimes bugs out and doesn't tweet what its supposed to, on the rare instance this may occur, remember its free, robust and easy to use. It does sometimes struggle to find "username" sometimes. I only use it for scheduling posts so the notifications, messages etc aren't necessary, I prefer those in-app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best parts of tweetdeck are the columns! I can set up as many as I want, watch as many people as I want, see private messages, and more. There is really not much of a limit to what it can do when it comes to Twitter, honestly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of more background color options. Just light and dark. While the dark is very nice and pleasing to look at and search with, I'd like to see more color variants or at the very least different color options for sliders, icons, etc. Let's one personalize it more. It is a utility that can really keep track of everything that is happening on Twitter. Helps manage and track all notifications you receive when participating in Twitter chats. You can personalize and adjust the page the way you want, which is a really useful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you manage multiple accounts, you need to be a little more careful about which account I submit, and there may be confusion between the accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's nice to be able to see your main feed and direct messages, as well as monitor certain terms and hashtags, all from one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Was really great to have support for multiple networks before being purchased by Twitter. No thread support is a big omission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can monitor multiple different feeds and themes at once. It is really helpful as a journalist becuase if something is going on, espeically as a digital journalist I can monitor what people in my media hose as well as people who are in other media houses are talking about. Now that our politicians are tweeting more, it is easier to find news as well. One day, through tweetdeck I was able to find a breaking news story about a fatal accident, just becuse one person tweeting it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that it had better search options. Hastags are hard to follow sometimes, and unless you have a proper media monitoring algorithim then it would be difficult to locate the type of inofrmation I want. I just wish there was some sort of AI programme that could help me find the type of topics I am looking for, because it only shows the feeds that I have, but I also want to see things that I don't know are happenining and would like to know, like an allert system. For Twitter users who mainly work via desktop Tweetdeck is fantastic. It’s a free web-based tool that allows you to see everything that’s happening on your account through a customised dashboard. I love that you can view all that’s happening with competitors, engage and respond to prospects. It’s has a great looking interface, and one of the only free tools that allows you to schedule video content to Twitter for free without being capped. Tweet deck is one of those very underrated tools that all Twitter users with a business account should be using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After so many years of using Tweetdeck I’m still hoping they create an app you can use on mobile devices. We’ve been able to use it via tablet but still feel an app version would make the user experience via mobile and tablet more enjoyable and help to access the important features we want on the go faster.
