I really like how Tweet deck provides a user friendly way to see recent and relevant tweets. I used it for work and found it to be incredibly helpful to sift through recent tweets on international news from a variety of voice and in different languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was initially hard for me to understand how to pin certain tweets or accounts, but after doing some research I was able to tailor the settings to what worked best for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To begin with, it’s free. Unlike many comparable social media management apps, you get access to all Tweetdeck features for free. It’s a great tool for personal use. Small business owners that want to have social media presence can use because it lets you run multiple accounts. You can run a team account that you and colleagues can manage.

The UI is excellent. It’s clean and intuitive. You can see multiple streams at once, including the home feed, notifications, user’s tweets, messages, likes and scheduled tweets. This way of displaying your Twitter makes running the account seamless as you can respond to each stream on the same page. On Twitter web, you open a different page for each of these streams.

Lastly, Tweetdeck’s scheduling feature lets you post your tweet at times when you know your audience will be online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside to Tweetdeck is that the support is rather lacking. Human-to-human interactions are not available. A support link at the bottom of the page is all you get. The link takes you to a knowledge base. Email, phone and live chat support are not available. Given the app’s easy usability, however, you may not need to reach support much of the time. I like how the interface split into the news feed, messages, mentions, and current trends columns on desktop which allow your to interact with what you want without having to switch between pages. I cannot find a way to resize a single columns columns against the other columns. The setting only provide an option to resize all the columns but not a single one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's best for your Twitter account and you can easily search your employees and control most of information. You can customise tweet grid, and also you can create most of your interest columns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
