What do you like best about Trumpia?

The platform makes it easy to create and automate personalized and engaging messaging to each market’s sales teams, allowing us to easily update stores with helpful and directly relevant information ranging from upcoming promo ‘cheat sheets’, POS updates and procedures, and customer service 101 to weekly (scheduled) motivational messages to start their week. What do you like best about Trumpia?

What do you like best about Trumpia?

I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to create very specific, details distribution lists in order to send information to a specific set of students. Additionally, it has been incredibly helpful to use the scheduling tool in order to plan ahead to send messages. I am looking forward to also learn more about the 'voting' tool which can help receive feedback on surveys from students! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trumpia?

We use Trumpia as a white label and there really is nothing we can complain about. Great system, does exactly what we (and our customers) need, and the support is first class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trumpia?

We primarily use the text voting feature, and it works very well. We can track responses in real time at our event, customize the reply and promote our Academy. Trumpia makes it a better experience for us as an organization, our attendees and our participants! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trumpia?

Not Trumpia's issue, but it would be nice if the FCC would allow for temporary use of a 5-digit number. Other than that, the UI for Trumpia can be a bit overwhelming. They do provide exceptional training though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trumpia?

We needed a solution that would help us reach out to our many remote-based field staff & clients. Trumpia sets up texting & email campaigns easily - via excel contact info uploads & tailored messages (if needed). Their customer service is also very responsive. What do you dislike about Trumpia?

We have a lot of non-English speaking staff / clients and wish there were an easier way to be able to communicate with them in their native languages. Currently, texting in certain languages (i.e., Chinese / Korean) is still not permitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trumpia?

What brings Trumpia over the top is the technical support and customer service. We've been using Trumpia for nearly 2 years at the very start of COVID, and we've never had had to wait more than a couple hours for any technical or account support. The recently refreshed user interface has been a pleasant upgrade as well. It's done everything we've needed Trumpia to perform, from mass text sendouts for COVID screeners to direct one on one messaging to our staff. What do you dislike about Trumpia?

The software can get bloated and laggy at times - the problem has been less noticeable since they updated their UI, but we've had to occasionally have had to clear cookies or use Incognito mode to get the inboxes to load properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
