What do you like best about Trufan?

I love the amount of data that we have access to, as well as the fact that it's first party data. I also like that you can figure out anything you want to know about your audience by filtering follower data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trufan?

I wish the platform was a bit more user friendly because sometimes it can be hard to navigate due to the amount of data and the tricky user interface, but that's my only issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trufan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the user data to figure out who is interested in and viewing our content, helping us to create future content based on our audience's demographics and interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trufan?

- Ease of use

- easy export and upload process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trufan?

- Word limit on filters

- Not being able to use certain language on filters (japanese)

- limit on exports

- needs more refining on filters (age group, followers of) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trufan solving and how is that benefiting you?

- When i have a list of audiences and I need to filter them to have a more accurate list of people to reach out to (i.e. Gen Zs), the software with its existing filters help to refine my audience list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
