I love the ability of being able to message all of my potential with students/clients without having to log of my own personal cell phone or work phone. I can also keep it organized by using the tags and can add in contacts to have numbers to look up later! I also love that you are able to set templates for quick and easy messaging! There isn't any downsides to utilizing TrueDialog, the only thing I would change would be the ability to edit the templates after they are set. You end up having to have quite a few tablets floating around, and even if there is just the smallest mistake, you have to create an entirely new template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrueDialog allows my team to bulk text by individual locations with the direct manager at the site to respond individually to each customer. Previous software did not allow us to bulk text by location and let individual sites respond to their candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
