Convenient and user friendly- would most def recommend! I use it often if not daily and it integrates well with SalesForce for Customer Support.

We utulize TrueDialog every day as a team to text our clients. It allows us to all text from one number and read the messages the others have sent. We love it!

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The one big down fall is you really have to be logged into a computer to receive the texts- it does not come to my phone like other platforms have in the past.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a texting platform that my entire team could use - it is easy and we can all pull it up on our desktop computers at work.

Students can be hard to reach sometimes. They do not look at their email as frequently as they do their phone/text messages.

I really like TrueDialog becasue it helps our office communicate with our customers without having to give out any personal infromation.

I dont really have any dislikes for TruDialog

The biggest issue I run into is when customers dont have certain forms of contact at time internal reps may have to use their personal information to contact the customer. Having TrueDialog as the main method of contact reall help keep employee information private and gives them a reliable method of contact.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I find it a lot easier to text my international clients. The application on Android makes it so much easier to get back to my clients as soon as I receive a notification on my phone. 

As a sales person, the response time is really important and with TrueDialog I can actually maintain an average response time of 20 minutes.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The only thing I dislike is 

-It doesn't have a feature for group chat
-The application isn't available for iOs

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can get back to my clients faster. Most of my client base is collegiate, and it's difficult for me get a response from them over emai. With texts, it's so much easier to communicate.

What I enjoy about TrueDialog is that I am able to communicate with my customers easily. Since I am frequently interacting with multiple customers on day-to-day basis this is crucial. It integrated easily into the other CRM system we use.

Getting TrueDialog set up for a new hire in a large business can be very tedious. While it is not difficult, there are multiple steps.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

The best part of TrueDialog is that when working with the software it opens up another method of communication to reach your clients.  We utilize this to support our ongoing communication in what seems to yeild our highest response rate and provide excellent customer support.  In our daily processes it is particularly easy to integrate as a quick tool if we do not have time to manage a phone call or need to manage an influx of responses.  Highly reccomend for any organizations that like to send campaigns, want to reach out to a demographic that responds mostly to text, or send reminders that can be interacted with as a person.  As well it prevents having to utilize a personal cell phone service to manage work specific initiatives.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

Sometimes when determining if we can do something very specific in terms of a campaign it can take us a moment longer to determine if it is possible.  But nothing that isnt managed with customer support or a quick internal test.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrueDialog resolves the concern of those who don't like to pick up their phone.  But being able to manage multiple individual conversations at once.  As well when utilizing in a larger industry we can see who is also sending messages, and help manage any additional customer support.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

The Trudialog app is really impressive in terms of both functionality and user experience. I have only recently started using it. The app has shown to be a really useful resource for having insightful and fruitful conversations.

It's simple to join or create conversations because to the well-organized style and easy navigation of the many features. The uncluttered interface of the app guarantees that users won't be distracted from the chat.

Impressive real-time conversational skills enable fluid and lively discussions. Furthermore, the excellent tools for moderating and directing debates guarantee that talks stay on topic and fruitful.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

While my experience with the Trudialog app has been largely positive, there are a few areas where it could use improvement. Here’s a breakdown of some of the less helpful aspects I encountered:

Although the app’s design is clean, there are occasional quirks in navigation that can be frustrating. Certain features are not as intuitive as they could be, requiring multiple taps or a search to find basic functions. This can be cumbersome, especially when trying to quickly join or start a discussion.

The app’s features, while generally useful, sometimes fall short in specific scenarios. For instance, the customization options for notifications and alerts are somewhat limited. This makes it challenging to tailor the app to individual preferences, leading to either too many notifications or missing out on important updates.

I like the way it looks in our system (just like a text message!) It sends quickly, and is efficent. It appears just like a text. I enjoy using it as an alternative form of communication with my students to remind them of upcoming deadlines.

TrueDialog has been essential to me as a means of connecting with my students and graduates every day. It's extremely easy to get started with and has seamless integration in my day-to-day activities. It's the best and fastest way to accomplish a wide variety of departmental goals.

The only thing I disliked was having to use 2-factor authentication every 24 hours.

My company implemented TrueDialog about a year ago, or a little less than a year.  TrueDialog has simplified the process of reaching our potential students.  We can now do everything from our laptops and manage our leads more efficently.

The security feature and verification is a little overdone

We can now do everything from our laptops and see everything in the dashboard.  Before we would have to send SMS messages from our work cell phones and attempt to keep track of them apart from our CRM software.

I work at a private college and True Dialog is the perfect tool to contact students in this day and age. Before having access to True Dialog, emails and phone calls were very time consuming. With True Dialog, I can reach students faster.

The system doesnt have the integration options that some bigger systems have, but to be fair that is also the plus side. its simple!

I really like the user-friendly interface and the ability to manage all my text conversations in one place makes it super easy to connect with multiple customers through text messages. The auto-response prompt also comes in handy while I'm away from work- my clients are automatically informed of my whereabouts and are not left hanging in the dark

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

There's a 500kb limit on sending photos. Working in sales, I tend to share a lot of pictures to my clients and I often need to resize them to fit that limit

The ease of use of the product and reliablity. The functions are simple, when there are issues, troubleshooting is a simplified process and quickly gets the product back online.

Can't send images or pdfs
There is no easy widget for mobile devices
Phone numbers constantly don't stay consistent
No groupchats

> Thank you for providing your feedback. We suspect that you might be running an older version of our Salesforce app. Our current version supports both image files and PDFs, 300 KB or less in size. Our customers use the Salesforce mobile app to text from within their CRM. Group chats are not supported by the carriers for A2P messaging. This is not a limitation of our product, but a mobile carrier limitation and regulation in the industry. However, we do support bulk message (1:many) and have a Comms Hub feature, allowing your team to keep track of all messages in the order they came in within one area. 

Regarding the phone numbers not staying consistent, we'd like your CRM administrator to contact our support team at support@truedialog.com.

It's easy to use -- easy to update contacts. Allows emojis. Thats all good.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The UI feels like its something out of 2004 -- I don't get why. It's 2024. Make things clean and simple.

Easier to get a hold of students via text than phone.

As an Admissions Director, I've learned most of our clients prefer text messaging. Using truedialog has really increased my contact rate to reach prospects. It is very easy to use and I like that notifications also come to email.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I wish that we could include screenshots and  pictures through the platform. Also i wish that i could respond to text through email notification.

I believe TrueDialog allows me to increase contact when prospecting for potential students.

True dialog was effective in communicating with our clients and being able to assist the customers through a data base chat we can track.

I disliked absolutely nothing, It made our life easier.

Customers do not always answer the phone. When you are able to text the customers through a chat they are able to respond too, it builds more trust.

It makes it easy to connect with students. It is very easy and straightforward to use. The customer service is also terrific and helpful.

I wish it was easier to send out mass text messages.

It is making it easier to communicate with students. Some students prefer texting over traditional calling and email, so TrueDialog allows me to reach students in the way that they prefer.
