This app is great for faculty to communicate, not only with each other, but with students as well. As faculty, having hundreds of students every semester, it can be overwhelming to give out our personal numbers. TrueDialog allows for one phone number, that I can text and call with. I know the texts are from students because that is the number being used and I'm able to respond in real-time through the app, even on my own phone. It's incredibly user-friendly and makes it easier to respond to students, while still being able to "sign out" after work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use TrueDialog regularly for event marketing. It’s easy to implement and manage, making mass texting simple and effective. A few areas could be better. The interface feels a bit outdated, and reporting options are limited. Sometimes messages get delayed, which can be frustrating for time-sensitive outreach. I found TrueDialog to be genuinely concerned about our ability to do our job well while using their product. If we had any issues with texting, getting reports, etc., they were always very willing to help us figure out the issue and get it resolved. I honestly can't think of anything that was lacking with TrueDialog -- in their product or their support. The only thing that we couldn't accomplish very well was a deficit in the software that was interfacing with TrueDialog. The software didn't allow the use of most emojis or other graphical items. TrueDialog did allow the use of those with their standard interface, but we were using it via a 3rd party plug-in, so there wasn't anything that could be done. I wish there was a way to get notified on my cell phone when someone texts me on my work line and I can reply back on my cell phone or there was an easier way. It's a pain to try and respond back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrueDialog is most helpful for its ease of use and implementation. What I like best about TrueDialog is the ability to send bulk messages and have personalized conversations - this has been great for our company! It also integrates well with our CRM and email. TrueDialog makes it easy to send mass texts and keep records of who received the text. The most important feature for us is that it sends an opt-in for text. I find it a lot easier to text my international clients. The application on Android makes it so much easier to get back to my clients as soon as I receive a notification on my phone.
As a sales person, the response time is really important and with TrueDialog I can actually maintain an average response time of 20 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is
-It doesn't have a feature for group chat
