It makes distributing workouts to my clients simple. It also has a great feedback feature and allows me to know when workouts are being missed so I can check-in with my virtual clients. Creating program is a nice feature. I like that I can add my own videos or link other videos. Client auto payments are good too. Habits feature is nice but needs work.
