TrueCoach Pricing Overview

This app is intuitive for me and for my clients. I can easily build workouts and programmes for the squads that I write for. They can see what they need to do and upload their results. Their results are documented and easily tracked. Whenever I have a problem the customer service is helpful and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price, obviously. Also, I've been using TrueCoach since it was FitBot - so a long time and there seems to be customer loyalty benefits. I'd like a payment processor to be added soon so am looking forward to that update. Sometimes the exercise library doesn't have a movement I want in it (or its named something unfamiliar to me). But it's easy to link your own videos in there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Easy to input data for both coach and client (i like that it's a text box you fill in rather than entering a value in each text box for weight/reps/set

- Can copy and paste workouts from one week to next.

- Customer support has been good when I've needed it.

- Like that you can connect MFP with Truecoach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Not a great function to track volume over time

- Client can't change the exercise if they replaced it with someone else (due to lack of equipment available or if they swapped exercises around across the week)

- No coaching app

- A bit of a faff to change videos for each exercise if you don't like the existing video assigned to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
