I wish the boxes would update every 5 minutes instead of 10. Also, I attached the box to the back of the tv, with the antenna sticking out above, and also the box partially sticking out. From the ground it won't read the remote even though the antenna and part of the box is visible, I have to climb up on my counters and hold the remote right to the box to get it to read. I also have an issue with pdfs not being able to upload, after contacting support they told me to clear my cache and restart my browser. This fixes the issue but then the issue comes right back very quickly. Its constant clearing my cache and restarting the browswer so other things I am working on have to be closed too, which becomes time consuming and a hinderance. Just how simple it is to use. I recently did an impromptu teaching session with an older employee - and they caught in very quickly. Everything is pretty intuitive - and once you get some templates set up, it's easy to create new and varied content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main downside is the speed / snappiness of the website. You can tell it was built on some older infrastructure.
