The TruCentive incentive management platform is flexible enough to provide incentive options for any activity. I used it to incentivize partners to attend a recruiting webinar for a new partner program and appreciated the ease of setup and hands-on support I received. What we have been trialing hasn't been the most successful in returns. It's nothing to do with TruCentive's platform and their support model; but there is a cost associated to the learning process that has to be rationalized from a business perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
