The platform allows you to do a lot of customization. It can be a bit overwhelming and can take time to get comfortable with all the features and functionality. For us, usage will be sporadic so I'm a bit nervous I'll forget how to do things if I don't log in for a month. That said, Jim and Susan will jump on a call and help without hesitation.
