It's so easy to create beautiful emails and landing pages, and the variety of cards to choose from is amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that everything can be done online without additional physical paperwork. I love the selection of gift cards available to our research participants. There's nothing that I dislike about Trucentive. I do wish that when gift cards requests are sent to you by research coordinators for approval, that there is a comments section in case they wanted clarity before the approval was granted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working with Tucentive was such a pleasure. My team was responsible for coordinating a sweepstakes contest/giveaway for a client, and Trucentive facilitated the payments to winners. Many complex questions came up throughout the process and Jim was with us every step of the way to answer everything, even throughout holiday break! Answering many one-off questions and jumping on calls with us whenever asked, Jim and his team made it easy for us to understand the Trucentive system, but also know we have a team of experts just an arms reach away. The 10% fee is steep, and funds take a very long time to clear if your account contact is not able to expedite them through (even when expedited, they often take at least 2 days to clear). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
