We don't send out a ton of gift cards per month and many incentive platforms come with a subscription cost. With TruCentive, there's no subscription cost. Only a small fee per gift card that you send out and is used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far we haven't found anything we don't really like! When you order more gift cards the funds can take a few days to clear, but you can set up reminders when you get down to a certain amount to remind you to order more before you run out of gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really don't have anything I dislike about TruCentive. Any issue I do have is always resolved in a timely manner.
Copying the design from email to landing page has been updated, which is really a great help.

The support is great. Even during onboarding, someone is always there to help you. It was also extremely important for us to have a tool that we don't have to use on a monthly subscription basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some potential downsides of TruCentive include initial setup, cost considerations, and the need for employee adoption. The customer service was great and allowed us to deploy over 50,000 gift cards to users easily. We thought we were going to have to send these out individually, and TruCentive came to the rescue!! The platform was also easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are endless options of gift cards to chose from. The support staff/Account Manager is typically quick to hop on a call for any questions or help needed in your project. I appreciate how easy TruCentive is to use. It makes personalizing gifts for our team a breeze and our teammates love all of the options they get. It's truly a win win situation. Once the platform is set up to deliver the gift cards, I love the automation. It makes it very easy to send out a large quantity of cards, but keep it personalized to the end user.
Additionally, recapturing breakage has proven to be a money-saving tactic, compared to our old way of sending out physical gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only dislike is it can be a bit hard to clone a campaign and then personalize it for your needs. It's not terribly difficult, but one needs to take their time to make sure to do it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During the setup and HubSpot integration, the folks at TruCentive were with me throughout the process. I felt like we were a team with a common goal. If I had questions, they had answers. The campaigns all came off perfectly, and we will continue to use them for all our campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike. TruCentive's pricing was better than most, they have great product offerings, and their customer service was fantastic. So, to find something to say where they could improve, I would have two suggestions.
1 - Allow auto-refill on the account to simplify adding funds. Also, post funds faster (takes 2 days).
2 - Provide a native HubSpot integration (which is already in the works) so we don't have to set it up manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
