This platform is so easy to use and implentation is almost "turn key". You may start designing your campaign or project by selecting from a large array of template options. The design portion is very intuitive and user friendly. The platform has a number of features you may start from and build upon. Customer Support is top notch and readily available with any questions or concerns. Integration is simplistic like Awardco. The text messaging feature is awesome and so easy to use. You are able to brand your business and execute so easily, especially when communicating with a large number of employees. Frequency is for reminders is easy to setup. Take a recent project, duplicate and change up spefics to the related season or contest. Reporting is very easy and you dont have to be an excel guru to check out your results. This was the first time I had used the TrueCentive platform, which was for an internal employee campaign for 700+ people. It was easy to catch up to speed, and seamless to implement / launch. I especially love the user experience side, the customized card and e-card selection process was easy & engaging. Having the option to select a gift that is most meaninful to the user was a gamechanger.

There's really nothing I dislike about TrueCentive! If I had to add something, the payment process could have been a more turn-key process; for adding funds, admins have to wait exactly 48 hours until they are fully processed. Not the most ideal option if you need something to turn around quickly, but there are also other methods of payment if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trucentive has the most helpful staff ever, from the sales to the finance departments! I know I can ask anything to anyone from any team and they will be back with a solid answer to me as soon as possible. This is a great relief after all the experiences with other platforms that just don't care about their customers. Trucentive has such a wide range of gift card options - the richest platform in terms of offerings I have ever seen. Gift card options are also relevant and this is amazing! Most of the platforms I worked before had a limited amount of options which were mostly irrelevant in the geopgraphies I send them to. It is so easy to use the dashboard, I can easily reach any information I look for. One of the most amazing features to me is the international cards which let the recipients to choose the country themselves - from where they would like to get the gift card for. TruCentive is great because it is an easy way to pay participants with a large variety of giftcard offerings. However, what truly sets this company apart from the rest is the support team. Whenever we or a partcipant has any sort of question or issue, I can count on the fact that it would be handled and solved within a few hours. I am apart of the HR and Marketing Department, so I use the platform quite often. We use TruCentive to incentivise our team members for events and games as prizes- easy to send a viritual gift card to anyone in the company in a matter of minutes. There are so many options to choose from when sending a gift card, there is something for all team members to enjoy. We also use the platfrom in our Marketing Deptmartment to send vitural gift cards to our clients that end up funding a loan with us. We get file that can be easily uploaded into the system and the client can choose where they want to claim their reward.
