Training was in depth and Trucentives is easy to use. The times that I was stuck because I was a new user, I called and was able to get ahold of someone right away. I like the fact they can do most of the changes on the backend for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like how TruCentive offers the ability to track every step of the process, including if the receiver opens the initial email and if the receiver accepted the gift card. In addition, we like how we can get our money back if the receiver did not open the email. We also like the follow-up communications and the ability to tailor the message. I previously worked in an admin role for a somewhat large team. When we went virtual, it became harder and harder to get decent participation. We would often host trivia or some kind of game with a prize as incentive, but how do you please everyone? TruCentive allowed us to give the winner options so they're always happy. Once the team knew this is the route we went, we saw an increase in participation and an overall happier team. Aside from this, our contact at TruCentive has been extremely helpful and hands on.
