I like the bulk upload feature of uploading an excel/.csv file with a huge list of names and email addresses. That TruCentive saves us time and money to send out large amount of gift cards. We appreciate the hands-on support from Jim and Susan. Also we have already saved over $2,000 to date thanks to the TruCentive platform b/c they send us back the unused funds when our users do not claim the gift cards - thanks TruCentive! The application is very user-friendly. I was able to customize my campaign easily. When I did have questions the TruCentive team was very responsive and helpful. They set me up for success from the start, and really worked at being proactive in anticipating any hurdles I might encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything substantial about the application and experience. I looked into quite a few companies that provide similar services, but TruCentive is much easier to use and very transparent in their fee structure. I do wish that there were not caps on the amounts you can load for some vendor gift cards, but that is up to the vendor and not TruCentive. TruCentive does have enough variety that there is some (good) redundancy within the card categories, so I was able to find cards with high enough caps regardless, which is great!
