TruCentive makes incentives quick and easy to deliver. Their team is super responsive, and the platform is wonderfully customizable and dynamic. I have been quite impressed how fast the team is to get back to me with any questions I've had during the implementation process. Another great thing about TruCentive is their early (and free) access to the platform so you can learn how to set up projects even during implementation so as to be ready to launch as fast as possible. When we were looking for a rock solid solution for fulfillment, I stumbled upon TruCentive... and I'm so glad I did. Seamless integration with SurveyMonkey means when we send out customer satisfaction surveys we don't have to worry about keeping track of respondents, making sure AP gets solid accounting, mailing out physical cards - none of that.. Although TruCentive makes their money per transaction, it's a small percentage - and is still much less than internal shipping and handling we'd have to pay otherwise. I highly recommend TruCentive! The system is very easy to use as the account administrator. The service I've received from the TruCentive staff has always been extremely timely, helpful and professional. We have had some complaints from our non-tech-savy employees stating that is was hard to retrieve their gift cards. This was NOT a TrueCentive problem but an end user issue. TruCentive is a super easy platform to use and allows the employer to send recognition, gift cards, and other rewards to team members around the world in a few simple steps. The team at TruCentive is outstanding. They are responsive, helpful, friendly, and full of information. Getting started on the platform was easy as well. Albert Evans was really helpful and followed up with me consistently, even holding a 2nd demo meeting so that I could introduce the system to our Employee Resource Group. Also, I recently needed to turn a project around quickly and the team at TruCentive jumped right in to help me. Jim Meyer stayed late just to make sure I had everything I needed! TruCentive is a great partner for fulfilling incentives for research studies such as surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. There is a small fee for each incentive, but if a respondent does not collect their incentive, the value is returned to your account for future use. The customer support is excellent. TruCentive has an incredible customer service team that works with you to figure out what you need. Not only that, but the website evolves to make it easier to use. When we implemented TruCentive our incentives became much more tailored ot the invididual, and we can use the statistics to update what we offer. It was easy to use, and we can go in a couple times a month to make sure people are accepting the cards. You don't have to send one every day for birthdays or anniversaries, you can set them up together and forget about it. It is an easy to use platform that begins the day you start.
