What do you like best about Trovata?

What do you like best about Trovata?

A wonderful tool to normalize and consolidate cash transactions into one place.

Users get great customer service and the tool is easy to integrate and implement.

The tool has wonderful features covering deep drill down of costing and transactions.

The reporting analytics, variance analysis and real time monitoring helps well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trovata?

Onboarding time is the only challenge. Other than this, no major drawacks.

The dashboard for reporting can be a bit modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A super tool for forecast capabiity of cash flows.

The API integration is seamless and takes less time. Business after implementing Trovata was able to save lot of time.

What do you like best about Trovata?

Ease of integration with large banks and ERP systems.

Google-like search processes

Logic tagging makes sense if business transaction is simple

Quick feedback loop on product feature requests.

What do you dislike about Trovata?

Logic-tagging is useful, but limited. It needs to be SQL-like where you can apply multiple variables and parameters within data queries. There should also be another sophisticated way to streamline tagging or logic creation. For example, instead of creating individual tags and tag-hierarchy in the GUI, we should be able to create simple code or import a file based on a tag mapping.

Not quite sure yet if I can fully transition cash position and cash reporting from Excel to the UI. Initially, I did - but I'm thinking Trovata is more of a quick research, analysis, and charting tool within the GUI. Maybe this changes the more I utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trovata solving and how is that benefiting you?

bank data aggregation - no need to log into bank portals for transaction queries

data and balance analysis - on the fly analysis of transactions and bank balances

User admin - For view-only users, instead of administering and adding them to all bank portals - we can streamline and direct users to Trovata Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Increase search precision

What do you like best about Trovata?

How easy it is to build reports. This has allowed us to build a suite of reports to suit our cash reporting needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trovata?

It is very helpful that it aggregates all of our accounts across all the banks we use, and provides alot of helpful reporting options. I would say the reporting and ability to transation search are the best for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am having difficulty with the forecast feature in Trovata. Im finding that there needs to be alot of manual manipulation to make the forecast somewhat accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trovata?

It centralizes all of our transactions in one area. It is easy to search and create dynamic reports that can be easily updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One additional functionality we have expressed interest in would be the same product for card processors/ payment gateways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trovata solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Treasury Management system Trovata provides us the ability to quickly find transactions that are very hard to search in bank portals. It also allows us to build reports that allow us to quickly update month end balances and activity.

The use for cash flow management has allowed us to build a cash activity rate for all our accounts. It allows us to track our recurring activity very easily. This has given us an insight of the timing on the in and out flows of our cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trovata?

I like that Trovata is really easy to log in to, and see quantitative and qualitative information quickly.

Implementation of bank data has taken longer than expected.

Also, sometimes things change on the site without warning or indication as to why.

Some of the site is not super intuitive such as setting up user groups, or sorting within the balances page.
