All the employees are all very knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to help make sure that my needs are met to help bring efficiency to my daily work environment. The customer support is amazing. They will go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met to the best of their ability including trying something they have never done before. The implementation was very smooth and didn't require any IT involvement which was a huge plus. This allowed us to get it implemented faster than other TMS companies. The system is very easy to use and has numerous capabilities. I don't currently use all of the modules but they are constantly making improvements which will lead to me using more modules. The integration of my bank's data with API was a breeze and the data retrieval times can be adjusted to best suit your needs. I use Trovata at least 2-3 times a day and love it. I have started playing with the AI feature and it has been really interesting. They are working to improve the functionality regularly and the fact that it is Native it fantastic. I don't have to worry about any proprietary information being leaked. We have definitely gotten our money's worth from the system and are very happy with it. **What do you dislike about Trovata?** Currently, you can't put transactions and balances in the same report that is easily viewable at a glance. However, I hear they are working on changing that. It would also be nice to have some sort of outstanding check tracking capabilities. **What problems is Trovata solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is greatly decreasing the amount of time that I spend daily on our current and weekly cash position. The reports have helped me combine the activity in a much faster manner than I was able to do previously. ### 2. Our primary bank only allows us to pull data back 45 days, so when it comes to audit requests or historical transaction inquiries, Trovata is our go-to source of data. **What do you dislike about Trovata?** The single biggest issue is the manual uploads for Cash Forecasting module. There are many times when we want to upload a manual forecast and unless it is in the exact daily format trovata requires it will not be accepted. The integration with our accounting system, Oracle NetSuite, is great. I like the reporting feature; we have custom reports with our monthly balances that are automatically generated and emailed to me on the first day of every month, which helps with our bank reconciliations. **What do you dislike about Trovata?** I wish the transaction detail in each account had a running balance for the account after each transaction. The AI function, though not used as much, sometimes helps in getting quick data to present to our executives. It needs to be SQL-like where you can apply multiple variables and parameters within data queries. There should also be another sophisticated way to streamline tagging or logic creation. For example, instead of creating individual tags and tag-hierarchy in the GUI, we should be able to create simple code or import a file based on a tag mapping. Not quite sure yet if I can fully transition cash position and cash reporting from Excel to the UI.
