It's a very deceitful service. It's coaxed me into paying $125 for UNLIMITED use of the service. After it was used on five or six (can't quite remember) book chapters, it said I used up my UNLIMITED use and demanded I pay more. I emailed customer service and they said "oh well didn't use see this very fine print that when we said unlimited we actually meant limited." Really disappointing.
