Vista is a very in depth software, and can be overwhelming with all that it can do. Clearview is their resource portal in which you can find learning videos for each module and ask questions to find answers on how to do things, research errors, and figure out so many things. Often times I search for answers on an issue I am having and end up learning so much more that I had no clue how to do! Most support techs are very helpful when submitting tickets as well. Often times, my support tickets are not something that needs immediate attention, so they take a little longer to get resolved. Sometimes responses can take up to 5 days. Response times have gotten better in the last 6 months though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashboards have been invaluable. They offer user-friendly visuals for important data and KPI's which appear immediately when logging in. Viewpoint support can create custom dashboard cards for any data you want to monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The canned reports do not offer enough parameters. You are limited to just a few options in most reports. I have to resort to custom report building, which is not an easy task in Spectrum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During the increased "work from home" environment, we were so glad that we had made the investment in Vista. We were already set up in the cloud, all of our users had laptops on their desks and it was a smooth transition for us to begin working from home. We were unclear how it was going to go, because as a Construction Company we had never done this. Having all our programs speaking together from the Field to the Office made it so easy for us. What I like best about Spectrum is how user-friendly it is. This system is AMAZING! It helps me stay organized and on top of what is happening with each job we have going. Being able to upload to the cloud is great as well as the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that all of the packages are integrated. We are using Vista/Keystyle/Team. The software is easy to use and we have eliminated all these side spread sheets for our projects. Keystyle is for entering Employees time and it gets dumped right into Vista Payroll. We have come a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vista allows us to keep our jobs, equipment, payroll and accounting under one platform. Everything connects so we can charge invoices and payroll to the jobs easily. There is plenty of reporting and we have the option to adjust reports to our needs as well. The security features also allow us to have everyone on the software by imposing restrictions to specific access when necessary. For example a user may have access to all job information, but cannot see any information regarding payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support needs some work. When I am having trouble with the system, I would like to call and get an answer regarding the problem. Waiting a few days for a response is not helpful when you are in the middle of something important that you need to complete. The support staff needs better training as well. Sometimes the answer is "no, you can't do that" and then they close the case stating that the problem has been solved, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy some of the capabilities that Spectrum has with Info link and SDX, especially. I also really love the community that has been created for Spectrum users. You can defiantly find many valuable tips and suggestions on the Network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that I feel could be improved is document imaging. When it works, it works great, but the bugs need to be fixed. Sometimes the system will not let me add an image, so I have to log out and log back in to attach an image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
