Tribble’s ability to quickly absorb information from our external systems and integrate into responses has been a game-changer for our infosecurity efficiency. What I like most about Tribble is that I can access this information at any time in a Slack chat. The intelligence is not locked up in another application that I need to download or login to. I regularly pull my team into conversations with Tribble as an opportunity for learning, and we’ve seen a consistent growth in adoption over the past two months. No dislikes so far, although I will say that interacting with conversational AI is a relatively unfamiliar concept for the team, so it takes a few interactions to get used to the prompting.

Tribble has been incredible for our solutions consulting team - they're able to move many times faster and eliminate a lot of the tactical busy work that usually goes along with RFPs and security reviews. The next area they're growing into is knowledge sharing and enablement for the entire organization - which has some kinks we're still working out but has the potential to be truly transformational for the way that we work. Some of the backend features are bare-bones, but we know this is an area of investment. Tribble takes all of our data as an org and helps us quickly respone to prospoect RFIs in an accurate, thoughtful, and detialed way. We no longer need to spend weeks responding to customer RFIs, and our sales team no longer needs to wait for other departments to get back to their customers with answers to their pressing questions! Our sales team has been using Tribble for a few months now, and I say it has been an significant improvement. Tribble integrates seamlessly into our existing systems, making adoption across our sales and engineering teams natural. The ability to instantly ask technical questions and get accurate, detailed responses in real-time has eliminated the need for back-and-forth emails or scheduling time with technical experts. The only challenge with Tribble is data-source curation. Newer organizations may not have the historical data to support enabling their teams, however, this is really more of a maturity issue than anything else. Tribble is awesome at taking complex technical information and quickly formatting it into a format that is easily digestible, whether responding to RFPs or customer questions. There isn't much to dislike, it took me a little bit to take advantage of Tribble as an option but once I started feeding TRibble questions the better responses I started to receive. It also was able to provide me ideas with a bit of a different strategy and perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I won't sit here and write that now RFPs and InfoSec reviews are looked forward to by my team, but what I can say is that an SE on my team just completed a ~250 question RFP with a heavy InfoSec component in the span of a couple of hours. And with Tribble, this has become the absolute expectation rather than a pleasant surprise.
Before Tribble, this would have been a multi-day process that would require pulling in many stakeholders across the organization. Now the SE had Tribble answer all but a handful of questions, used Tribble's delegation feature to loop me in on the ones they weren't sure of, and the RFP is done well before deadline with minimal (human) effort.
As I think about scaling out the team, I'm also not concerned that RFP/InfoSec responses will deviate from SE to SE and that we won't always put our best foot forward in these processes, I'm confident that the quality of the answers will always be consistently good.
Lastly, I have to applaud the team behind the solution; shortly after identifying that we'd like a control for the verbosity of answers, the team at Tribble turned around a fully productized feature. They are a pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about using Tribble is the amount of workload it saves me. Instead of going to various colleagues or searching through several of our organization's resources, I can simply ask Tribble just about anything. It provides an answer or suggests relevant content if it's unsure. It truly feels like having a personal assistant to consult on anything related to our data, case studies, products, and offerings. I find myself using Tribble almost every day, making it easier to send responses and share the resources I find to answer my colleagues' questions or assist them in their efforts as well.
