**What do you like best about Trewup?**

The simplicity of the platform. It's so easy to navigate and incredibly intuitive and saves us a ton of time. Being able to get a clear picture without having to dive into KeHE or UNFI reporting is revolutionary. The team is responsive and supportive and the data is spot on with what's in KeHE and UNFI.

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

Nothing. It's perfect as is and the Trewup team is always making updates to the platform.

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running multiple reports in different distributor plaforms or asking for backups from suppliers. Being able to pull all of the data in one place between multiple distributors saves us so much time.

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

Trewup is the most accommodating company we have ever dealt with. Their staff is so kind and attentive.There company has cut countless tedious hours from our receivables department's tasks and quite honestly, they are an answer to a 20 year prayer for me. Their platform is incredibly user friendly. We have asked if certain things could be done and without any hesitation, they say yes or they will see what they can do. We receive responses to emails the same day we send them. They frequently offer to help before we even have to ask. Finding companies like Trewup these days is a rarity. We couldn't be happier!

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

We have yet to find anything we dislike about Trewup!!!

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to see millions of deductions all in once place and being able to recap and slice/dice the information in so many ways is priceless. The amount of time that their platform is saving us is immeasurable.

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

The TrewUp tool allows us to save an incredible amount of time. Previously, we spent a significant amount of time extracting deduction documents from our distributors' platforms, converting backups to Excel, and analyzing deduction classifications. TrewUp provides a clear overview and is easy to use. It also offers detailed insights at the retailer level that we did not easily obtain when working manually.

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

At the moment, I do not see any. There will be continuous improvements over time that will further streamline the process, such as requesting backups directly on the platform and claiming amounts. However, for now, the tool still helps us improve our understanding of the profitability of our retailers and distributors.

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool allows us to convert data, often provided in PDF format, into easily workable Excel data. Additionally, it enables us to export all backups of a check with a single click, thus reducing our processing time. It also provides insights into the profitability of our retailers, allowing us to better direct our marketing and sales efforts.

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

Saves our Finance Team a ton of time reviewing deductions, has helped identify significant incorrect deductions early our relationship with TrewUp, Great platform and customer service.

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

Nothing. This is a great tool, but the brand still needs to use it well to make it effective

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poor visibility to deductions from multiple PO's paid on single checks has made understanding our companies dilution rate at KeHE and UNFI challenging. TrewUp helped helped us to understand where our deductions come from, either by retailer or distributor program (or fines). If your company is doing significant volume through KeHE or UNFI, this tool is almost essential. It can pay for itself with 1 bad deduction being found, and it's insurance to make sure it's not happening continuously.

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

TrewUP's dashboard has helped us stay organized and on top of our tradespend.  Before TrewUp we were doing everything mannually and it was taking forever.  We have a small team and wanted our team out selling and not having to spend some much time on deductions.  This has allowed our team to spend more time with customers while keeping a look at the tradespend at thier accounts.  I wish I had found about this platfrom sooner at at past companies.

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

I wish it was  available at additional customers!  We can't wait until they expand.

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving us time and keeping our deductions organized.  The system has allowed us to quickly identify where our spend was being allocated to.

Having the visibility to what is truly being spent at our distributors and retialers makes future spending decisions easier and more transparent.  Anytime we have any questions Kyle and team respond quickly and with detailed answers.

I am not sure of any real downsides with the Trewup program.

Treacking deduction spedning and finding false deductions easier than past methods.

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

Trewup changed how we managed our deductions.  With this innovative website we were able to reduce the number of hours we spent on deductions by 75%.   Kyle and the team are amazing to work with and answer any questions we might have.  It was easy to get set up on and start to using immediately.  We were able to begin looking at our deductions almost immediately.

Not only were we able to cut the time spent on managing these deductions we were better able to understand where we were spending our trade dollars.  I love this system and will be using it everywhere I go in the future.

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

We do not have anything that we dislike about Trewup.  The team is amazing and we really enjoy working with the entire team.

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trewup has reduced the amount of time we spend managing our deductions through national distributors.  It has cut the time we spend on our deductions by 75% and has given us greater insight about our spends.

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

Kyle & Chris of TrewUp have been wonderfully supportive with our reporting requests  to help our Sales Team successfully access their TradeSpend. The system is very easy to negotiate your way around , and has a number of reporting features that assists our AR, Finance and Sales Team. Implementation went quite smooth as well.

They have just brought on UNFI to the platform, and continue to work out reporting challenges

Trewup is helping the AR Team with necessary deduction details, and the Sales Team with TradeSpend reporting

**What do you like best about Trewup?**

Data and backup are in one place for unlimited time.  I can pull data and backup quickly and not have the waiting time.  Easy to use.  Customer supoort are very helpful and taking time to analyze based on  our need in our food industry.

**What do you dislike about Trewup?**

I dislike about Trewup when we did not receive the backup and so as Trewup.

**What problems is Trewup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We look for some back up deductions and here it is.  We do not need to find in many location.
