Building Data pipelines and monitoring them is very smooth, also it allows us to write sql and python scripts within workflows which allows to do lot of customizations to achive our company specific goals. Also they have lot of built in connectors to Ingest and to activate the data to and from various systems. They are continuosly improving the system by adding new features like Delta Activation, Journey orchestration etc., The product support team is very prompt in resolving the issues. There are still some bugs that need to be fixed especially one is when two people are working on a workflow, even if it is a completely different workflow in the same project, and when you save yours, then when the other person is saving theirs, you are going to lost all the code if you saved your workflow first and the person who saved it last will overwrite over your workflow.
