Traverse was an easy way for us to measure supply chain requirements and hold our vendors accountable. The tool is very easy to use and learn. We were quickly able to identify which vendors were causing the most issues, what those issues were, and which locations were driving the most frequent problems. We worked back with those vendors on process improvements which then drove efficiency in our receiving operations. The Traverse team is one big family and we are happy to be a part of it.
