What do you like best about TravelBank?

I like how much easier it is submitting expense reports through Travel Bank. Also, keeping up with expenses is super easy and I can go back and look at previous months reports if I need to see when an expense was incurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TravelBank?

When I am splitting expenses for someone I am a delegate for, it kicks me out if I am taking too long and it doesn't save what I have already done. For some, I have to split it out to 40 separate places and I have to save & log out & back in after 10-15 splits are entered. The time for working in my bosses account as a delegate, should be a bit longer & there should be an opportunity to save my work before being kicked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TravelBank?

I can contact them via a Live Chat 24/7 while on the road. They always gave solutions to issues that may arise, and there are plenty of issues that can come up when traveling, including late night, midnight 1 am, 2 am emergency help when we are in a city/place unknown to us. I will always remember San Juan, Puerto Rico arriving around 1 a.m., flying from JFK because at JFK the security line was way too long, I missed the flight, and waited 8 hours for the next flight, taking a taxi there, arrived at the hotel at 2 am, and getting a surprise $50 Resort Fee charge. BUT I know I can contact TravelBank, even at 2 am night, and they will resolve it. That is a service that makes you feel you are not alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TravelBank?

I wish they had more hotels in their chain, especially I would love to see booking Drury Hotels from Travel Bank. I like Drury Hotel, they have nice service, breakfast included, always friendly, great service. But Travel Bank only shows the hotel on their list, but I cannot book them from Travel Bank. That would be a great asset !!

What do you like best about TravelBank?

Easy to use, it has the perfect tool pallet to streamline our expense billing. It is easy to use, has great speed, and notifications that don't interrupt the workflow. It was easy to implement across the board. Has great customer support. We use it on a daily basis. What do you like best about TravelBank?

The app and the program are easy to use and intuitive to navigate. I really like how I can scan several receipts at once and it splits it into the separate ones. Great, innovative way to save time! Also, I can review the receipts of others quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TravelBank?

Travelbank has helped us signficantly to streamline our T&E platform and travel platform all in one. It makes searching for flights and modifying flights also super easy.
