I didn’t have a lot of experience with time-tracking tools before meeting Traqq. Now I am fully satisfied with the functions of this tool. Traqq has a very friendly UX/UI so it is very easy start-to-use, fast (at least I have no problem with loading on my network/CPU), intuitive and has flexible settings.

More about my experience:

To start with, it is really important to understand that privacy is inviolable, as I am a freelancer (and a leader of the freelancers’ team). With Traqq my team and I are confident that our personal data will stay personal while using time-tracking tools on our laptops. The manager can check the common flow of the team members’ work, but not read their messengers (let’s be honest everyone uses them from time to time even during work hours), notes and documents.

Secondly, flexible reports are absolutely amazing! It is easy to collect all the data I need and use it for accounting, analyzing and managing teamwork.

What is more, Track can recognize cheating, like auto-clicking programs. It can also take screenshots from the second monitor (thanks gosh!), if smb has one. The unequal gap between the images also helps to feel confident in the correctness of the information I get from Traqq.

So, for me, Traqq looks like a good choice as a time-tracking tool.

Traqq is one unique productivity enhancement app I have come across. With the workplace fast-shifting gears towards hybrid/remote work, this superb communication tool eliminates concerns of efficiency for employers and employees alike. Personally, what makes this tool stand out is the autonomy it gives users to set boundaries, monitor progress on milestones seamlessly and foster accountability which are key features every organization looks out for. The best thing that I like about this app is the features of the screen-captured which is very effective to save personal information by keeping the screen blur when not in use by the user. it also has a detailed information activity report in this app. it also has a feature of reminding or sending warnings to people who are inactive users. There is nothing to dislike in this app but the more information about the features that this app has can be given, further, there can be the addition of automation can be done . Traqq team was very supportive in assisting us with onboarding our large team within a short span of time. They provided us with remote installers and some educational materials for managers and were toe to toe with us with troubleshooting any concerns we had Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compatibility with iOS would be excellent since I'd be more comfortable tracking my team on my phone when I'm away from a desktop set. Time-tracking and monitoring are very helpful in ensuring that we pay only for hours worked and not hours spent doing something else. With Traqq we can easily what the user is doing with screenshots taken at an interval of 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team was trying to look for a program or app that would be easy to handle and keep track of since we became a fully remote company. Traqq has a great user interface and features that make time and productivity tracking easier. It's very intuitive so it's very difficult to get lost using it. I have liked the way that the performance of the freelancers is nicely and graphically represented concerning the time that they have spent on their work. The Graphical User Information of this Tracking Desktop App is quite impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am coming from a background of using Tracking Desktop Apps such as the ones maintained by "Freelancer", "Guru", and even "Upwork". They are more related to the direct relationship between an individual freelancer and the freelancing portal.

I have seen the "Traqq" App on a "Mac O.S. X" machine. It has a great design. It is nicely integrated into the System-Tray. Functionally, it is better suited for a Project Manager who is watching their whole Team at once. What has impressed me is the way that the time is nicely and graphically represented following the performance of the freelancers.

Still, for an individual freelancer, it is a little bit too much that somebody lower than the Project Management level would require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me as a first time user, I didn't use a work tracking app as complex as this one.

What did I like about it?

Firstly, I was impressed by the ability of taking screenshots at ten minutes intervals in which you showcase you work throughout the day. A benefit from this feature is that you don't need to upload them by yourself and you can pause Traqq anytime you are not working.

I think one of the features that I liked the most was the ability of observing the work habits and establish the moments of the day when I am the most productive and when I tend to slack a bit so this can help me focus on the heavier tasks at my peak performance intervals.

The simplicity of understanding the app as a first user was a pleasant surprise as I got the hang of it after 10 minutes of navigating through the menus presented.

From the UI/UX perspective the usage is very nice, with a intuitive flow added to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only changes that I might add to the development of this app that for me was a nice experience is maybe the highlight of the widget on the desktop to be a little more visible ( maybe a stronger contrast) and adding a report for me as an employee where I can see an analysis of when I am the most productive ( the begining of the sprint, middle or end of the sprint) aswell as the time intervals of my productivity. Also I would like to be notified when my Activity drops below a certain threshold that I could set so I can set a minimum of activity for myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
