What do you like best about TransPerfect Services?
The most helpful feature of Transperfect Services is its data localization and translation services. I personally used it for my project of video and audio conversion to text conversion and I must say that it is one of the best application for this purpose. The customer service is good enough. What do you dislike about TransPerfect Services?
The cons of Transperfect Services is nothing as such but one of the downside of Transperfect application is that it is a bit time taking process.It takes a bit of a time to do it's tasks which gets quite irritating sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TransPerfect Services?
Barrier to entry is very low. Inexpensive and contract free pricing and fiarly scalable. Our contact center volume is relatively low (vs giant call centers) and the non-English patron volume is only a fraction of that. So Transperfect is an excellent implementation partner for that. What do you dislike about TransPerfect Services?
Admin website, financing, invoices and anything backend is wildly outdated and archaic. Customer support, billing, is extremely slow to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TransPerfect has an extremely courteous project management team that responds quickly and is ready to assist customers and interpreters. TransPerfect's policies are also clear, as soon as the job is confirmed, the translator will receive the PO immediately, and uploading the invoice is also extremely easy and simple. What do you dislike about TransPerfect Services?
Invoice payment at TransPerfect is quite slow and the fees are very high. Currently there is still no payoneer integration or more advanced form of payment.
