What do you like best about Traliant?

I like that Traliant offers a Preventing Discrimination & Harassment training course that is somewhat relevant to the blue-collar industry, so their videos don't just include office workers wearing suits and ties. The Traliant Dashboard is user-friendly and simplifies tracking the training, sending email reminders, printing certificates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Traliant?

Traliant has made assigning training and monitoring completion rates straightforward. In situations where versions matter (i.e. trainings required for legal compliance), their dashboard makes checking version & assigning updated trainings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

The transition to self-service for assigning trainings has been great (see above!) - my primary complaint is that there isn't currently a way to self-service manage/remove learners from courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Traliant?

The interactive videos - it allows employees to be engaged. Most of the time, with these trainings, people tend to click through them (muted) and ignore the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the videos could be slightly LESS "cheesy". There could be milder situations rather than one extreme to another. Other than that, they are great videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
