The content is engaging and interactive. Employees enjoy it more than just a lecture. It also has examples that are accurate for current times so it has adjusted to modern technology examples. The employee feedback we have receivued has been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No issues so far. All the things we've come across have been addressed by the support team. The second rollout was a little more complicated but the support team guided us through it. The admin side of it though could use an update because with the actual training being so modern, the admin portal just seems a little outdated complared to everything else. It would also be beneficial if the rollout was automated. These trainings have to be taken every two years. Right now we have to manually roll out the training every two years. It would be nice if the system could tell when the two years are expiring for an employee and that it would automatically send an email that their training is coming dur again so that they could log in and take it again. The staff I worked with to get our training up and going were very professional, kind, and answered all the questions I had. I really enjoyed the approach of the harassment training...it was a no-fail approach, which allowed all my employees to efficiently complete training. I disliked that there was not a new episode for 2021. I had to go elsewhere for this training last year because there was no new production. With Covid, I understand...and was reassured that there would be a new episode this year, which there is! I am excited to come back to this company for my 2022 Harassment training. The upsides of using Traliant are that I know we as a business will stay compliant. The employee receives the training directly to their inbox, we both get a certificate when they finish, and Traliant tracks the completion. It's also very affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would prefer if there were a bit more ease in looking at the completion tracker of the training for each employee. Having more control/accessibility in terms of being an administrator would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Traliant modules are short and laser-like. They provide the background while educating. They make good distinctions within each topic. Plus the modules are affordable and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasn't anything that I didn't appreciate. The most annoying was to have to "assign" the work to myself and then be reminded to meet my deadline. But guess what! I can say I finished it now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Traliant for our annual anti-harassment and discrimination training in 2021 and thought the platform was very easy to use from an administrative perspective, the training itself was interactive and engaging, and all the Traliant staff we dealt with along the process were fantastic. The breadth of content is great; you'll definitely find whatever you're looking for here. The content of the videos also isn't as "painful" as some others I've used. Pricing is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hm. OK. Where do I start?
1. Most of these reviews occurred within a few days of each other. Either they paid customers to leave them (trust me, it happens) or they're fake.
2. We're an infosec company. Traliant, DO NOT SEND PASSWORDS IN EMAIL. Even initial ones, ESPECIALLY if they're all identical (which they are). This is security 101- do better. This is now a running inside joke for our company.
3. Admin aspect sucks. You can *add* people, but not remove them, and if you buy a set course, you can't assign only certain videos (for example, we required employees to pick 3 of 5 videos to complete, but they get "harassed" by Traliant to complete the other two, because there's no way to turn it off). Also, the training and help section for admins consists of some info re: password resets, a couple FAQs, and a support contact form with an 8 business hour SLA. If your knowledge base is non-existent, you need to have live chat with support or a better SLA. Good thing I haven't had an urgent problem.
Overall, this checks the boxes I need, but I'd rather 1) pay more or 2) have worse content for a better developed system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was easy to set up and track who on our team had completed the initial training, and the team found it easy enough to use. The automated reminders really helped to make sure that everyone completed it as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The training material itself made really good points, but as it often happens, it felt a little cheesy at times. It's hard to make training like this not cheesy, but would be open to seeing new material that feels more current to our times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
