There are some improvements to the hierarchies that I would like to see as to how they are visualized within salesforce that would likely make it easier to view as a rep. The other piece there would be a mapping functionality within the territory hierarchy that would be a nice to have to help plan with customer visits and even events. We just went through January Membership Campaign, are in the middle of Annual Support Campaign, and have started our Summer Camp Sign-Up Days, lots of opportunities for duplicates to be created! I'm running Traction Complete everyday to keep our database de-duplicated and insure our members and participants have the best experience possible. Duplicate records can prevent our members from being able to access their online accounts, we've had zero complaints about this issue, because we are using Traction Complete! We have recently added Leads processing with Traction Complete and have it set to automatically merge Contacts added through Leads, it is working seamlessly. Our Account Manager had it set up in just a couple of days. Traction Complete listens to our needs and creates solutions that just work. Customer Support is amazing, they reach out to us with new features and updates. I enjoy working with the team at Traction Complete, they make having clean data almost effortless! I like best how easy Traction Complete is to use; it's so intuitive with its workflows and so long as you have the data you can achieve whatever goals you need to. It's something we've been able to expand the use-cases for as we develop our business through speaking to our (incredibly helpful) customer success manager to talk over possibilities and workflows, easily integrating multiple features for different objects and have them work seamlessly together.
The biggest upside that helps with all this is how easy it is to implement. There are short and succint guides for any setup and working with the flows is as simple as clicking create, setting things up, and choosing "Activate" or "Schedule" to get things running, allowing us to flexibly run these processes at whatever intervals we want, be it whenever certain criteria is met, or on an hourly/daily/weekly basis. There isn't much to dislike about Traction Complete, mainly superficial quality of life aspects (such as flow criteria steps removing entered values when you change the selected field even if the same value is available in the newly selected field).
The only downside is that, as it is integrate with Salesforce, it is restricted by Salesforce limits when running any processes that involve queries etc., so if you are processing a large amount of data at a time there may be issues, however this is understandably an issue that any tool will face and can easily be circumvented by running processes in batches, which takes a little more time but ensures everything works correctly. The initial implementation phase required a deep dive into configuration, which could feel daunting at times. However, this was offset by the incredible support from the CSM team, who guided us every step of the way. The biggest piece for the YMCA is that Traction Complete understands the data model for the managed package that we use in Salesforce. This has been a big help in controlling our duplicates. Shauna has been a phenomenal guide in our implementation and also in the continued use of the product. She has provided very detailed and professional customer service since the start of our engagement. The software is very easy to use and provides multiple layers of support. The only big downside I see about the software is that it needs to be run by an administrator. Now, this isn't any different than most de-duping software, but it would be nice if they had an option to allow this to be run by a non-administrator. My favorite part of Traction Complete is the Assignment flows for the different objects. They are very easy to setup and either schedule or use triggers to run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My least favorite thing about Traction Complete is not being able to see the Query you used to schedule a job once it has been scheduled. There is no way to alter this entry query once it is setup. The best thing about using Traction Complete is the support that they provide to us as a customer. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is always there for us to provide answers and technical guidance. I love that I don't have to become an expert in the platform to be able to use it. The team at Traction Complete has been so great to work with from implementation a few years back to the present day. We came to them with a long list of requirements for our record routing and ownership tooling needs and they were able to help us achieve success from day one. Our product requests have always been reviewed and understood by the team, and in most cases, they were able to implement them into their product quickly or give us insight into their product roadmap. They're great at communication for both support and business review, and I really appreciate the dependable nature of our account team in a world where vendors change AEs and CSMs quarterly. They've also been great at pitching additional products where they see a good fit for our company and are quick to identify product areas that are already included in our current contract. Traction Complete has been an absolute game-changer for our sales operations. Their tools, especially for lead routing, have saved me an incredible amount of time and eliminated the frustration of manually assigning leads.
