What I like most about Traction Complete is the automation it saves a lot of time by handling lead routing and duplicate management in the background. The lead-to-account matching is especially useful since it automatically links leads to the right accounts and reduces manual cleanup. The UI takes a bit of getting used to, but the flexibility in setting up routing rules makes it worth it. Since it works natively inside Salesforce, the integration is seamless and avoids any sync issues. Performance has been reliable even with a high volume of leads, and it’s definitely improved our workflow by cutting down repetitive tasks. From an ROI perspective, it saves enough time to justify the cost as the team grows. Support during onboarding was helpful and responsive, which made the setup smoother. The matching and routing logic also feels quite smart, especially when dealing with messy data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Traction Complete is that the setup can feel a bit complex, especially when configuring advanced routing and matching rules, which can slow down initial onboarding. The UI also takes some time to get used to, so new users may need training before they become comfortable. Since it’s tightly built around Salesforce, there’s limited flexibility outside that ecosystem. A more guided setup or simpler onboarding flow would make it easier for teams to get started quickly.
