I just noticed that the statements tab has been updated. It's excellent! I'd love it if AI could scan user feedback and suggest areas for improvement, like, "Hey, Signature looks like you could be better here," and then provide specific recommendations. Data always needs to be taken with a grain of salt - there's a lot of variables that contribute to the numbers being a bit rougue, so it needs to be consumed as a snaphot of the story not the end-all-and-be-all of brand health. That said, it's still better than no data at all and still provides a consistant understanding of where your brand is at - it just needs to have a healthy amount of context applied to it. Always on brand tracking that allows SMEs or those with limited budgets to be able to access all important brand tracking metrics. As a smaller FMCG company we always found gaining insights into our brand metrics was out of reach due to budget constraints, until we found Tracksuit. Now we have a wealth of data to drive insights on our brand which includes being able to track our brand statements. It's intuitive to use and share, I was self sufficient from day one, no need for extensive training. There are no limits to the number of users on our account. The new AI functions are fairly accurate at auto-generating some topline insights and analysis which is a total time saver. The account team is so responsive and always available. Tracksuit has done an amazing job in increasing the accessibility of brand tracking, which historically costs over $100K and is simply unaffordable to smaller brands. Tracksuit is affordable, robust and the platform is particular easy to use (the beautiful design helps). We really enjoy being able to gauge our brand growth in almost real time as well as the broader category insights it offers. It's been invaluable for us while on a growth spurt as a brand to be able to measure the impact of certain activities and investment. The reports are also easy to pull from the platform and really helpful for internal reporting. I don't have any specific critique to share because the platform 'is what it says on the tin'. Obviously the dream state would be to be able to survey audiences based on brand-specific questions of our choosing, but that's not the role of this platform and was never meant to be, and would cost about 20 times more if it were! Having the ability to track key brand health metrics at almost a 'real time' level has been fantastic. Monthly tracking not only means I have up to date data when requested, but also allows me to accurately compare with prior periods and how it links up with monthly in market depletions performance.

Tracksuit is a super easy to use brand tracking platform that has literally changed the game for branding tracking by offering a cost-effective alternative to commissioned quantitative brand research and tracking.
