The customer support is amazing, they do help you to get to use the app. I had many questions regarding how to use and the support members were so helpful, it is so easy to use the application when I had problems or questions I asked the support team and they showed me how to do it. I use it quite often, my store is dealing with the shipment. They have nice features such as linking PayPal so it can share the tracking information with PayPal and it helps with customer disputes. Well, this app is really good but if I have to say disliked parts then their design needs to be better. I know they are developing every day but if I need to mention then there are apps out there (I will not be giving names) that have more customizable and better options for design for emails and their tracking page, but the good thing is support team is ready to help you out even with that. But as I say if they have better visuals I would like it even more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application is very user friendly and the support provided is super excellent. A special mention for Ashley who certainly earned a new customer just be her unconditional inclination to resolve customer issues. Kudos to her and the rest of theTrackingMore team. The API can be inconsistent, examples:
- no value represented sometimes with an empty string and sometimes with null
- numbers sometimes in a string and sometimes not
- ip address for webhooks in docs does not match what gets forwarded to us
- example webhook response in the app shows only the data when really it arrives in an envelope
- spelling mistakes, ie. "invaild format"
- obviously invalid format for awb number like "000-00000000" returns "The awb airline does not support yet" - and unclear wording at times, like " The awb airline does not support yet" i think means they don't support this airline ,but the wording almost sounds like the awb is not supported by the airline?? but I know the airline is not supported because the prefix requested is not listed of supported airlines.

"TRACKINGMORE" is a Multi-carrier Shipment Tracking API. It connects approx more than 1000 tracking partner on a single platform. Trackingmore is a workplace for stressfree tracking of shipment. It gives an accurate data of every single detail about the shipment with a cheaper deals. Due to its special features, I often use tracking more for any need. As of my past few years experience, i found almost nothing to dislike about trackingmore. Even the customer service if fast enough to solve any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What we love most about Trackingmore is its ability to provide real-time tracking information to our customers directly through our Shopify store. The integration is seamless and it supports a large number of carriers, which is convenient for managing multiple international deliveries. What could be improved is the update time for statuses for certain carriers. Additionally, it would be useful to have more flexibility in customizing notifications sent to customers, to better adapt the message to our graphic charter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how simple it is to implement with our business. It provides quick, detailed tracking information to our customers with linking to handoff deliveries, all while integrating seamlessly in our store. We have roughy 250+ orders a months so it's being used several times every day, and is very easy to use. Simple implementation and integration of package status tracking via eg. API (you can you also webhooks). Clear administration with lots of extra options (custom tracking page, notifications, analytics, API monitoring, etc.). Fast and helpful customer support, with which I have already solved a lot of things, e.g. even adding or modifying carrier tracking. After picking up the initial issues with some carriers, it now works without a hitch when using parcel tracking on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* It is not possible to track the status of the ticket on the website if it is forwarded to the IT department, and I had to remind myself sometimes.
* Some carriers do not have filled a tracking URL to their website or they only link to the homepage or a page where we have to fill in the package number again (gls-cz, toptrans, raben-group).
* Can't get the full URL to track the package directly from the carrier via the API (I have to piece it together).
* Or it is also not possible to obtain the required localized version of the URL, e.g. automatically according to the country of delivery or preferably based on a parameter in the URL (e.g. &lang=en) and obtain e.g. this localized URL (https://www.dpdgroup.com/cz/mydpd/my -parcels/incoming?parcelNumber=23755010161877&lang=en) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TrackingMore provides a seamless tracking experience across multiple couriers worldwide. The real-time updates are accurate, and the interface is easy to navigate. It's convenient for managing both personal and business shipments in one place. Their global tracking coverage is impressive, saving time and reducing stress. There’s very little to dislike, but occasionally, tracking updates may take longer to appear for certain couriers. However, it’s a minor issue considering the overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It tracks all packages and gives a you report and show you delivery confirmations. In our ShopWare, we didn't have the capablities to confirm the order shipment so we are using the trackingmore to send order confirmations. The new user interface hides key functionality that the old user interface made easy to access. Also, sometimes the tracking numbers are listed as being invalid but they are truly correct and linked to the appropriate shipping partner, which sometimes requires Trackingmore staff to resolve.
