In addition, 1 of the biggest limitations is that you can create multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to them. It would require you to duplicate projects and assign it to each client. I run an accounting practice, and I have the same tasks across all my clients. It is time-consuming and prone to error if I have to create projects for each new customer in order to have a workaround for this lacking feature. **What problems is Trackabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides good insights in my staff's productivity as well as allows detailed billing towards my clients. ### 27.
