What is Trackabi?

Trackabi is excellent software for time tracking, employee monitoring, screenshot capturing and URL tracking, employee leave scheduling, GPR route tracking, time report preparation, project planning and estimating, invoicing, and payment management. Trackabi focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises. Trackabi makes time tracking efficient and engaging thanks to its gamification approach. Users can earn achievements and karma points when they reach specific goals defined by a manager. Product Strengths: — Trackabi Desktop Timer for Windows, Linux, and macOS can automatically record time worked and prepare daily user activity statistics. It can detect idle time, capture screenshots, track browser URLs, and record applications used, differentiating between work and leisure apps. — The Trackabi mobile application can track time and record GPS routes. It also includes a leave schedule section, and a convenient Insights section to control other users' activity, view their screenshots and other data. — Gamification of time tracking: achievements and karma points for higher motivation and increased engagement. — Highly Customizable Timesheets: Timesheets can be edited like spreadsheets in Excel and offer many customization options (data to display, mandatory fields, additional custom fields, etc.). — Employee Leave Management Integrated with Timesheets: Personal day-off calendar for every employee and a common leave schedule with the request/approval process. Estimated amounts can be matched against live data from employee timesheets. — User Access Roles: The system supports advanced user access roles based on editable privileges. Plus, every user may access many company accounts — join a company as an employee and create his company account using the same username. — Client Access: Clients can be invited to access saved time reports, invoices, and timesheets related to their projects. It helps a client keep an eye on the time spent by his contractor and control expenses. — Git Commits Import: Importing commits from Git and converting them into time entries is an excellent feature for software developers. What do you like best about Trackabi?

What I like best about Trackabi is the drive that it gives me to stay productive, I use it almost daily, and being able to track my work hours (and even my unproductive hours) allows me to stay organized and focused. This is essential to a driven and structured person like me since it helps me not only in managing my tasks but also driving me to become more effective, disciplined, and productive. The application is also very easy to use and not disruptive at all, and its integration to tracking work productivity will be very seamless to anyone who might want to use it. What do you dislike about Trackabi?

There is one thing I dislike in Trackabi, its limitation to log other browser activities such as "Udemy" or "Coursera", which are productive sites for taking crash courses on many things. I would love to see the number of hours I've spent on those specific sites rather than being logged as "Google Chrome". And, I believe this more granular tracking for other browser activities will make the application even greater. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trackabi?

I've been using Trackabi to manage my team and it's GREAT!

I switched from using the Onlinejobs.ph time tracker to Trackabi for more clarity & features and i have not been disappointed.

I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track.

I love that it auto calculates the time they are working.

I love the ability to fine tune the tool to stop tracking if there is a lack of movement for X amount of time.

I love the that I can get screenshots of my teams monitors and see what they're working on at any given moment.

What do you like best about Trackabi?

We have been using Trackabi as our go-to time-tracking software for daily operations, and it has been nothing short of excellent. It gives a good interface at an affordable pricing and my team has been using it for over 1 year, without any major issues. What do you dislike about Trackabi?

I wish it had more features like integration with JIRA/Asana/basecamp etc.. in the premium version like with other software like everhour do. What problems is Trackabi solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a time tracking tool for small to medium sized businesses. They have applications for mobile and desktop. We utilize this data to fill in our timesheets which eventually get submitted to the clients for reporting and development & design effort tracking.

What do you like best about Trackabi?

It's so easy to use and add subcontractors who work remotely around the world. I absolutely love the Client > Project > Task structure that totally fits my business client, projects and billing model. It was very quick set up and get up and running. What problems is Trackabi solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed an easy Time Tracking Tool available on both desktop and mobile that makes it quick and easy for my subcontractors to mark their time on tasks, within projects, for clients. It works exactly how I need it to where I can set up the entire structure and my subcontractor can pretty much just click on the right entries, confirm their time, and make quick notes (if necessary). Some issues we encountered was the desktop timers causing the users PC to run slow or freeze up, we did not see this with MAC OS devices.
