When I need to reach out to the Help Desk, the Support Team is reasonably quick to respond. I usually receive a response withing 2 hours, sometimes quite a bit less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am most frustrated when I am trying to resolve a specific problem before reaching out to the Help Desk. I don't feel like the Help Center is very helpful because the topics are too generic, don't provide the information I'm looking for, or seem to be showing an older/different version of the platform. I have been using Tovuti since the beginning of 2022 and first off, they have been an awesome partner from beginning to end. They have done some pretty amazing things to help us build a super online training presence for our dealer network and internal staff.
The one thing that will stand out for anyone that decides to go with Tovuti for their LMS needs is that they have, hands-down, the best customer and technical support of any organization that I have ever dealt with. We have given them some challenges to deal with in our specific industry needs. They have not failed us yet!
They are fast on responses. They are accurate in their info shared/guidance given for resolving issues, especially if its on our end of the issue. If its something on the Tovuti side, they find and resolve issues on their end rapidly. We barely notice a hiccup in utilization. That is great, as the ROI on this product is directly related on its being up and functional for us.
Everyone I have ever dealt with there is focused on one thing. Us, the customer. So I give a big shoutout and salute to the folks at Tovuti.

I truly appreciate the efficiency and support provided throughout the entire sales process and onboarding. I felt well-supported every step of the way. Once I began creating, I had many additional questions, and the IT team was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing every need, request, or inquiry.
What truly sets Tovuti apart from other LMS platforms is its speech-to-text feature. This tool enables us to assess different levels of learning and provide necessary accommodations for our learners. Unlike other speech-to-text solutions, Tovuti allows users to create full sentences or essay responses that can be automatically graded, significantly saving time and resources.

I really appreciate everything about Tovuti and feel well-supported through my interactions with their customer service team. However, as someone who prefers to read and find answers independently, I feel that the help desk/page could be more detailed. The current resources are a bit too high-level, and I would love to see more in-depth information to help address user-specific scenarios without needing to reach out for support. Tovuti LMS is the most engaging learning platform I have found. The variety of options to create interactive learning activities is far greater than any other platform. The Tovuti Support library has a wealth of information to help learn how to create different types of activities and how to build courses and lessons. Most activity types are easy to build. I am a subject matter expert, not a virtual instructional designer, so there was a steep learning curve for me. Building courses is not my full-time job, so course development has been more time-consuming than anticipated. That said, once completed, my end users have really enjoyed the content, variety, and platform. There are many steps to remember with user management and course gating. While there are instructions in the support library for certain steps in the process, it would be helpful to have some job aids that present an overview of every step to consider for user management and course creation. I love how attractive the space is. It's lovely on landing, easy to navigate, and allows for a beautifully set up classroom. The options for groups, discussion forums, and private spaces are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Customer Service at times seems to be non-existant. There are things I requested two years ago that has still not been addressed, and some things that have been fixedx in the recent month or so were based on requests made two years ago. I have no confidence that I can request improvements, let alone get glitches fixed. I think this is changing. I hope this is changing. We'll see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
