My criticisms go to technical support level I think they need to pay more attention to users, I had some problems for programming alerts, and creating questionnaires for training employees in the technology department, and I contacted support to find some solutions and the answers were late and very repetitive, the software is extensive, many of the functions are not understandable at the beginning so it would be useful a guided installation and training in the use of the program to make the most of all its benefits. I would like to be critical with the price recently for only 50 users the cost is an exaggeration, I am very sorry, but small companies will not be able to acquire it. The admin side is a bit difficult to use and isn't as intuitive as it could be. For example, every time I need to send a notification, I always need to consult the help page to figure our which kind I need to use, and even when I do one, it doesn't always seem to work. I like how versatile Tovuti LMS is especially to improve the learning capacity of our company, it offers many predesigned content options to manage online courses, another very rewarding experience was to obtain reports and customer service very aware of everything that happens with the use of the program, to manage courses and administer them is another of the most enjoyable features within the software. The interface is clear, interactive, and very stable, with options for alerts, calendars, it is even possible to schedule all the content that you want to upload to the platform and notify users who want to access the courses of any news that the administrator uploads to the platform. As an administrator within the platform I felt at first a little frustrated since it is not easy to start using the tools that Tovuti offers you, the content for use is limited, and I had to resort to technical support to fully understand the operation, the options are so many that it is never possible to fully understand it.
