What do you like best about Totango?

It isn't as intuitive as you'd want it to be out of the box, so you'll want to make sure you have a great lead on your ops or project team to help with the rollout slowly over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Totango allows us to continuously evolve how we look at our customers and their needs, usage of our platforms and the overall health of our relationship with them. What do you like best about Totango?

The promise and most ideal scenario is very impressive. But thats where it ends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The implementation takes forever and the integration is not great. The CSM is very slow at getting back or getting movement in requirements. The successbloc automatation is very (almost impossible) to do. Overall, It feels like a bit of waste of investment as we havent been able to get value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its meant to help us pre-empt and solve customer churn /low health issues proactively. But the real experience does not deliver that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango is user friendly and flexible. Even at its most basic it can quickly answer business questions with data that can be easily sorted and filtered. Numerous integrations means the potential data set is always expanding and Totango can truly become a command center to help focus and manage effective CSM action. There is a learning curve to getting the most of of Totango. It can take some getting used to and must be set up and maintained carefully to get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Titanic provides a single pane of glass view into my accounts. It helps me monitor and stay on top of customer entitlements and health. I can quickly identify and track needed action items based on health and other attributes. Totango gives me visibility and manageability to help me scall account management. What do you like best about Totango?

It can be overwhelming for first-time users due to the amount of features and capabilities the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating our PM tasks has been the biggest win. Our CSMs used totango well before our department, so aligning with them on the same platform has added value too. What do you like best about Totango?

I think the user experience is great and would recommend it to my Customer Success Manager coworkers.

It integrates properly with our other sales tools and is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

On the other hand as an admin it has very little wiggle room. Most small issues are easily solvable but as soon as the issue is a little bit more complicated you need to ask totango for help. Which can take a long time if there is any help at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives an easy overview of all products that the customer has. This makes it easier to upsell/cross sell or to help with onboarding multiple products at once.

On no other platform we have an overview of a customer + all products.

What do you like best about Totango?

I have learned a lot about Totango since starting on it in January. It has been easy to learn and there are lots of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

There are so many features that it may be a little hard to stay organized in the future. The website's navigation could be improved to be more intuitive, and I don't like how often I have to log in/get logged out in the middle of doing someting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Pretty quick and easy to get set up and start seeing value. Zoebot makes it easy for sales and execs to ask quick questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some odd platform limitations, like how ARR for multi-year deals can't be calculated. Since their acquisition, their own CS has gotten really bad. Very difficult to find a up-to-date contact details, lots of broken links, unresponsive to license upsells, no follow -through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
