What I like most about Totango is that information is kept in one place and it's easy to update & tailor it to every client that I manage. Very useful platform and easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I add new information, sometimes I need to refresh the page to see the changes, which is a bit frustrating in some situations. Health scores are also something that's not always showing relevant info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango provides me with a visual motivator to take appropriate actions to improve the experience for my clients. I love the health score calculation and the ability to access this information from a dependable mobile app as well as the desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside is that we aren't able to create email drip campaigns in Totango. We have mentioned this to them before and they listen to their customers - they are actively working to add this feature that would eliminate our need to create email drip campaigns in Hubspot. One other small thing that bugs me is that my notifications don't load completely without a browser refresh. I mark the ones I can see as "read" and expect it to load additional notifications if it shows that I have more remaining, but it only does this if I refresh my browser. The most stand-out aspect of Totango is their support team. Super fast, thoughtful, comprehensive. Simply outstanding. Their self-serve resources are also better than most, really easy to find and digest. In terms of the UI, it feels modern and intentional. They manage to put a ton of info in a small amount of space without making it feel cluttered. I also like how I'm able to customize the view based on how I work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't love how touchpoints (e.g., calls, meetings) are so hard to see within the Timeline. I can't see immediately beyond the most recent conversation (I have to click in).
I dislike how Timeline includes "Completed Tasks" which I can foresee being full of nonsense auto-triggered events.
I miss having an "Account Summary" free text space for each customer, but I use the "Plan" section for that. However, this field is not visible from the Mobile App. Given how heavily I find myself using that free-text space as an account summary, this is a challenge. Totango isn't the most powerful client success platform out there from my research, but they are growing their software all the time, and their team is very responsive. What I like best is that they are actively improving, taking client feedback into account, and that their pricing is affordable for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software sometimes runs slow and takes a while to load. Our team also really wishes it had email templates - but again, their team is responsive and has asked our feedback about templates. They've let us know they're currently working on them and hoping to roll them out soon. Also - when a task is assigned to someone, they don't get a notification, which can lead to tasks being missed.
