There are several things that I like about Totango: 1 - Ability to use best-practice out-of-the-box customer journeys, but also have the ability to customize as desired. 2 - Ability to use a complex customer hierarchy and track health at every level. 3 - In Totango we are able to automate any customer life cycle journey based upon their role in the implementation. 4 - The flexibility of the system allows for easy customization of data sets and custom attributes. 5 - The ability to view and create unique report views is very easy to do. 6 - We found it very easy to import data from disparate data system to create a single view of all client data, create contacts, and create accounts. Their import utilities are very comprehensive. 7 - The multi-dimensional health metric allows us to set-up health at every level within the customer and to create unique metrics for each level. Overall, Totango has been a great tool for us to rapidly build out our customer success processes. There was a learning curve we had to go through to understand the data structure and to get the filtering and targeting set up on the customer journey, but once we figured it out, we got passed the initial hurdles and we are able to easily set-up our own workflows. Within the first day of activation, we saw a notable improvement and response from the interactions with our clients. The team found the user interface easy to work in, while leadership has the insights to track and report what's needed to be successful. Other departments are already asking if they can access this powerful content.
During our implementation process, we found Claire and Ella delightful and knowledgeable to work with.
