What do you like best about Totango?

I got the opportunity to meet the Totango team this week and everyone seems very knowledgeable and willing to help and work with you to make sure you get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

The only thing so far I have noticed is the platform is not as intuitive as some other platforms mainly because the terminology is unique to Totango and not consistent to other standard CS platforms. It takes some adjusting to and retraining of the user team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Totango is putting all the CS daily tasks into one place to allow to streamline the customer centric processes to be tracked and reported on in one place. What do you like best about Totango?

In general, Totango offers relatively straightforward, low-lift integrations/implementation; helpful off-the-shelf templates for action planning; and very user-friendly, data-driven insights, visualizations, and functionality. It has allowed us to provide far more holistic visibility and understanding to our team, as well as far more actionability with regard to our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

We have, in some minor instances, found the tool to be a bit limited/restricting in terms of expected base functionality. Certain native API integrations, for example, required a bit more time/energy/manual effort than expected to meet Totango-required specifications/structuring. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

In short, our aim has been to provide our team with far more visibility and actionability with respect to data, both internally (i.e. vital business trends) and externally (i.e. customer health). To date, we have already realized notable benefits, as Totango has allowed us to integrate multiple previously-disparate data sources for far more holistic analysis and insight generation. What do you like best about Totango?

What do you like best about Totango?

The only difficult part I found was initially understanding the key features and functions, how they are named and how they work together in Totango. Once you understand this, you can really see how it all fits so you can build out your processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango has really helped my company streamline our processes so that we can complete all our tasks and store info all in one place. Previously I had 6 tabs open at once to view info abut one customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

There quite a few glitches in the emailing abilities like I can't make a line break with Cmmd+Shift+L and it won't let me send an email with a text box,

There are also major issue with syncing with chargebee and salsforce. We cannot edit contact information. Rather we have to delete the user entirely and create a new one :/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
