What do you like best about Totango?

I manage upwards of 75 accounts. Without Totango, I would never be able to manage my daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks. I help new customers with onboarding and we are a tech company, so there are an enormous amount of checklist items I have to manage. With every account at a different stage in the process, it became unmanageable to use just outlook, excel, and post-it notes to know where I was at with each account and things were getting missed. Totango makes it very easy to know where I am with each account and things no longer get missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

I was having an issue with the speed of the system, but they have made numerous improvements and that is no longer an issue. I do wish there were more email notifications to alert me when things are overdue instead of having to log in to see them. However, there might be tools that I am just not aware of. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango is a leader in implementing Customer Success strategies that fit the needs of our particular business model. With the use of campaigns, SuccessPlays, and SuccessBLOCs, we are able to scale up and out for our business. And that's only at the surface of what Totango can do!

It's my go-to tool for Customer Success, and cross-functional departments!

My favorite part of the product is MultiDimensional Health. It helps us understand our customer pain points and success through a dimensional model while analyzing good, average, and poor health scores across our entire customer base.

Lastly, there support team is world class!

Not only is their product one of the best, but their customer experience is phenomenal. I love working with Totango. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

Managing and reporting on tasks in Totango can be quite difficult! Especially as an operations teams as we try to report on tasks.

I also still want to see a dashboard like view at the "My Portfolio" level. Summarizing everything about a patch of customers into one view and deep dive from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Totango?

I love using Totango on a daily basis. This is the best CRM I tested so far and it works perfectly in making sure I track my tasks, automation of campaigns works wonders and successplays are performing the way I want it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

If possible, implement a tooltip that definitely will help new users know where they are or what they are about to click. Honestly, I can't think of any reason why I should dislike this CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is fast, and the interface is clean so I can easily find whatever I need at a glance. The reports are truly helpful when I need to check how I am doing well with my accounts. What do you like best about Totango?

I like the pre-built blocks. They are easy to customize. I find the examples provided are inspirational for the best practice out there. The team helping out during onboarding is knowledgeable and fun to work with. Overall, the structure of the software is easy to implement and adjust as things progress. What do you dislike about Totango?

I don't like the fact that I need to double up the work in order to have messages sent in French and English. If the setup could be done once, and the language setting done in the message itself, then Totango would be near perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Totango Integrates between a few systems in our organization. The system has all the information the CSM need;

CSM and managers can monitor and update CS work and measure goal achievement, customer health and NPS.

What do you like best about Totango?

We have recently started implementing Totango and are so excited to start using it. Everything looks fantastic not to mention user friendly. Our implementation manager has also been a wonderful resource Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Totango?

We would love to see an integration with skilljar and gong at some point but honestly we have not used it enough to see any downsides - it doesnt seem like there will be many! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is providing us with visibility across the org into account health and churn rates which are currently a focus - the risk mitigation plays are awesome. It will also enable us to get out of siloed spreadsheets and to be able to automate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Totango?

Totango team is very open to product feedback and constantly makes meaningful updates and improvements to the platform. Visualization and reporting functionality is excellent.
