I manage upwards of 75 accounts. Without Totango, I would never be able to manage my daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks. I help new customers with onboarding and we are a tech company, so there are an enormous amount of checklist items I have to manage. With every account at a different stage in the process, it became unmanageable to use just outlook, excel, and post-it notes to know where I was at with each account and things were getting missed. I was having an issue with the speed of the system, but they have made numerous improvements and that is no longer an issue. I do wish there were more email notifications to alert me when things are overdue instead of having to log in to see them. However, there might be tools that I am just not aware of. Totango is a leader in implementing Customer Success strategies that fit the needs of our particular business model. With the use of campaigns, SuccessPlays, and SuccessBLOCs, we are able to scale up and out for our business. And that's only at the surface of what Totango can do!
It's my go-to tool for Customer Success, and cross-functional departments!
My favorite part of the product is MultiDimensional Health. It helps us understand our customer pain points and success through a dimensional model while analyzing good, average, and poor health scores across our entire customer base.
Lastly, there support team is world class!

Managing and reporting on tasks in Totango can be quite difficult! Especially as an operations teams as we try to report on tasks.

I like the pre-built blocks. They are easy to customize. I find the examples provided are inspirational for the best practice out there.
